First and foremost Marc the owner is a sensetaional business man! I called at a later hour (7pm) and he found time that evening to get my 6 drawer dresser completed. This same dresser took me and 1 other person approximately 5 hours to out together. Marc by himself was able to complete in just over an hour. Friendly yet professional and most importantly the dresser looks and works great. Thanks again Marc! Highly recommend you use OC Furniture Assembly for all your assembly needs!

The team that showed up to assemble our hardtop gazebo did a great job. They worked hard and were perfectionists. I would use them again without question.

I called this place on a sunday at the very last minute and the owner gave me a really good price. he came over and disassembled our bed frame and headboard and loaded it into his car and drove it over to our new apartment and assembled it. it took less than 3 hours.
I had called other places to get a quote and they wanted to charge me almost double. Mark was very friendly and professional, i would recommend this to anyone who had some furniture to put together.
It saved us so much time and work.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They gave me a quote that I thought was a little low so I followed up w/​item listings and more infromation and told the quote would still stand. When the worker arrived to do the job he stated that it was not described to him properly and that it would be extra $$ and that he didn’t have the necessary tools to finish the job that day. He assembled what he could and told me I had to pay the full $ 425 and he would be back in a week to complete the job. Low and behold he never came back to finish the job and Marc just kept pushing me off for a month. I finally had to higher someone else to complete the job. I am looking into options on small claims court because i basically got ripped off. Whatever you do, do not hire this company.

I’m surprised to see these negative reviews. Marc was punctual, assembled my furniture exactly how it should be and in a timely fashion, and was extremely personable and funny. I would recommend him to a friend and/​or use him again in a heartbeat!

I had put 4 small telemarketing desks from Ikea together and after 12 hours I decided I wasnt doing the other 2 L shaped with hutch desks. Based on my past record I figured it would take me about 10 – 12 hours. I called Marc and he was able to come out quickly, finished the job in a few hours. The amount of time and frustration I saved hiring Marc to assemble the desks for me was worth it 10 fold.

Marc gave me a quote on the assembly of a patio swing I purchased from Costco. He came the very next day to assemble. it took him a little over an hour and charged the $ 95.00 her quoted over the phone. I was very happy with his professional work, the fact he contacted me when he was running late. My experience with OC assembly was very positive.

I called Marc to assemble an IKEA 6 drawer dresser for us. He responded immediately and offered to assemble the dresser that evening! Talk about instant gratification! Marc was on time and very friendly and courteous and he assembled the dresser in about ¼ of the time it would have taken me! A job well done!

Hired Marc to put together a new L-​Shaped desk and a hutch. We actually put the desk together prior to his arrival but he assembled the hitch without a problem. He also corrected a problem with the desk due to manufacturing. We were happy with his work, so we also had him assemble a lamp for us as well. He was efficient, and on time.

When our company moved our office, our moving company contacted Marc (the owner of OC Furniture Assembly) on our behalf to disassemble and reassemble office cubicles. At the new office, Marc was working late assembling the cubicles and asked that I pay him then so he wouldn’t have to come back or wait for a check. I trusted him because he talks a good talk about the customer always being right. I was very surprised to find the next day that he hadn’t completed the work. When I contacted him numerous times about the situation, he was either unresponsive or had numerous lame excuses about why the work wasn’t completed. Not once did he acknowledge that it wasn’t right not to complete the work, and even more so since he had already been paid in full. He bizarrely, suddenly, and totally changed from being a «the customer is always right» kind of vendor to a «the heck with the customer» kind of vendor. He hemmed and hawed and never came back to do the work. All he did was offer us a measly and totally insufficient amount of money to have someone else finish the work. Based on our experience with him, Marc is not someone who can be trusted to finish work and to be responsive, responsible, reliable, and dependable. We would certainly never use his services again or recommend that anyone else do so.

In one word… Horrible! I hired Marc (OC Furniture Assembly) to assemble and install ikea cabinets. He was three hours late, worked for 3 hrs and then left the cabinets partially assembled. He said he would return to finish the job but i never saw him again. I regret hiring him and i especially regret paying him a deposit. EPIC FAIL…

OC Furniture Assembly and Marc’s business practices are deplorable. I am a custom cabinet builder and prefab installer. Marc was originally hiring me to install some Ikea kitchen cabinets. His part of the bargain was to assemble EVERYTHING and have it ready for me. When I arrived to the job location I found less than half the work completed and he never came back to follow up. Flaked out on the client, flaked out on me, never to be seen again and ran off with her money. Down right criminal. This guy cost me hundreds of dollars and set off a chain of events that should have and could have been avoided had he been on the straight and narrow. Avoid this man and his business at all costs!

I needed a bunch of Ikea furniture assembled and Mark showed up on time, had extra nuts and bolts on hand for job, and even carried some boxes out of my car for me! He is a very friendly guy and totally professional. Also he was quick! The best part is he charged a flat rate, so even if it went longer then he thought it would, you still pay the same – Great service!
