5 stars doesn’t seem enough when someone takes as much pride in your car as much as you do! Frank is Definitely a what you see is what get man, he tells you like it is and does what he says.

Initially it looked good, but after about two years the paint started chipping off.

IDk what happened but after I get my car back its perfect, but there’s white glue looking shit all over my key. Tried using alcohol and acetone but still don’t come off,

Frank at OC Bumper did a wonderful job on my car repair. He’s very straight forward, tells you exactly what he needs from you, as well as what he intends to do to repair your car.
I went through my insurance for the repair, and once I had that sorted out, everything was done to spec and they hashed out the details without having to go through me for every step of the way. Having said that, at the end of the repair, both sides gave me the exact same «here’s what we did» receipt and description of work.
The work done on my car is top notch. Granted, my insurance authorized OEM parts, but Frank and his team did a wonderful job removing the old, repairing what needed to be fixed up, and putting in the new. The paint job is exemplary — you can’t tell from the paint that a repair was even done.
OC Bumper prices fairly, and you definitely get your money’s worth!

I’ve been wanting to do this review for awhile, but never got around to it until now. Hands down, this place is the doctor of all body shops.
My wife and I brought our Mercedes and Porsche here and this place will make sure you are well taken care of.
The aesthetics, quality, and service here is top top notch — bar none.

The previous owner, Darryl, pretended to provide good service, but used poor quality equipment. I came back to get my bumper fixed, and was pleasantly surprised that the new owner, Frank, is not only honest, but is fair. I wish he provided more car services than just body shop work because I feel like I can actually trust him. Thank you, Frank. I highly recommend OC bumper and body for paint and bumper work.

Frank is top notch. Very honest. I ended up not able to get the work done because my insurance company didn’t consider the issue comprehensive, so I would have to be out of pocket for a lot more money than I wanted to spend (using the insurance). I highly recommend OC Bumper and Body to everyone out there who works with an insurance company who actually cover the damage…

I paid a British guy manager named Daryl over $ 1500 cash to align the fenders and hood on my 2004 Prius and paint them silver. Front bumper too. Just 2 years later, the hood and fenders are completely faded and ugly. I don’t know what kind of paint they used! The rest of the car is original paint and shines like new! I stopped by there and Daryl is gone. The new manager Frank said he can’t find me in his system. So he won’t repair the shoddy work under warranty. GET A RECEIPT AND SAVE IT!

I will never take my cars anywhere else! Thorough, fast, high quality and with a fair price too. I love that there is no sugar coating. They make sure you understand what needs to be done and they keep you informed along the way. They work with your insurance company so there is no hassle. They are he best!!!

(2) the work — is amazing. I should of taken before and after pictures in hindsight because Frank and his team is super talented. My car now has a new lease on life :)

(4) Great customer service — I am moving out of state for a new job and his guys worked late so I could have my car in time to pack.

I had the bad luck to have two bumpers damaged in one month, but Frank and his team were able to make both cars look as if nothing had ever happened.
My husband has a white Audi that had a puncture in the rear bumper. We chose not to use our insurance for this repair & the price was very reasonable compared to other places. It took three days and you can not see that there was any damage.
Then the next month I got a new red GLA 250 Mercedes. The model was so new the parts didn’t even show up in the computer yet. I took it to the shop the dealer recommended and it took them 3 days to hunt it down and give me an estimate.
Frank told me the same day, he worked with my insurance, the red was an exact match (I’ve been told that’s difficult) and he finished it two days before he told me he would.

I chose OC bumper & body for my Honda accord body repair because it’s one of the recommended shops by my insurance and it has good reviews. My car was hit on the passenger side while the car was parked and the driver didn’t bother to left me any notes. I went to the shop and they quickly provided me with the estimates and notified the insurance company. They completed the work in just three days and the result is amazing. The paint job is one of the best I have seen. I felt so relieved after such bad experience turned into a good one.

well, I stopped by to get a quote for a paint and install job on an OEM bumper. I guess all the 5 star reviews are from folks who probably don’t know much about cars or have insurance money paying the bill. Well, I got a quote for over a grand just to paint and install a bumper. lol? I’ve been working on cars my whole life but just don’t have the tools and booth to paint. I know what needs prepping and how much installation should cost. The cost to spray and install an OEM bumper (I must emphasize OEM) should just be cost of the paint. OEM PP material prep work should be just some cleaning and (maybe) some light 400 grit sanding (probably unnecessary). Frank must think I know nothing about cars to quote me a grand to spray and install a bumper. He threw in all the markup excuses like extra for masking, prep work for filler and sanding, expensive paint, blah blah blah. So I said, «you know what, I’ll install it myself, how much just to paint?» He said $ 900. $ 900 just to paint an OEM bumper… OK Frank, move on to your next sucker.

Great Work and Great Staff. Thanks Jimmy and Daryl. I needed my Red Hyundai Accent repaired and back within one week due to the vehicle needing to get back into production. As promised the car was ready on time. The price I was quoted and paid was half the price of another body shop not to mention half the time to get the car back. The car looks great! Thanks guys!

These guys are beyond amazing. They have went above and beyond for me consistently, and I am so so thankful for the help Frank, Horatio, and the rest of the team have given me with my (possibly cursed) brand new 2014 Toyota Prius.
First — I was rear-​ended and they fixed my beautiful hybrid pearl back to perfection in less than the amount of days they said. Super fast! Then the driver who hit me’s insurance tried to get away w not inspecting the inside stuff that may have been damaged from the hit and just hand me my car back w only the body work done. I was in tears because it’s my first own brand new car and I just wanted it be perfect again and was worried something had come loose in my breaks from slamming on them to avoid hitting the car in front of me when I was rear-​ended… So OC b&b actually transported my car to the nearby dealership for me while I was at work! Angels! THEN turns out I was right something did come loose from the blow, and OC b&b actually COVERED the $ 100 labor charge from toyota autonation on my behalf to avoid unnecessary disputing w the insurance and to make me a happy customer. OMG!
Second — a week after getting my car back from the first incident my nextdoor neighbor accidentally hits my car w her license plate from parking way the F too close leaving a few paint chips on my newly fixed bumper! I die inside then call OC b&b and Frank gives me a great price ($ 120 or so below what they would charge insurance) and even offers to drive me home after I drop it off. He’s just awesome. I can’t wait for my baby to be perfect once more!

I found OC Bumper & Body on Unilocal a few weeks ago after my car was hit from behind. My car is pretty much brand new so I wanted it to look perfect after the repair. Given that this place has lots of great reviews I decided to call them. Frank runs the place — maybe the owner? — and is very straight forward about what they do, how they work with insurance, what the adjuster is likely to approve, etc., which I greatly appreciated.
The repair took the better part of a week, which was mostly because it took a few days for the adjuster to come out… by the way, I will never get State Farm insurance because their customer service is slow. I probably spent a cumulative 4 – 5 hours waiting on hold to get claim numbers and other information I needed just to get this taken care of (they were the insurance company of the person who hit me).
When I got my car back it was as if the damage had never happened. No matter how hard I try, I cannot see ANY of the repaired area! And they washed my car for me as well. A huge thank you to Frank and OC Bumper!

5 Stars go out to Frank Domenichiello at this business. My BMW 325ci had a broken tab on the bumper — I thought I had to change the whole thing so I was concerned about the cost.
I called in and briefly spoke to Frank for an initial assessment, then I decided to come in to obtain a more accurate assessment. I was pleased with Frank’s vibe. For starters as he was pretty straight-​forward. This said, I also pointed out the annoying ding on my car which was deep. I suggested some options and I went for a Paintless Dent Repair which he took care off. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the way we conducted business. I left my car the night before and it was done the following afternoon. This varies based on your situation. What I thought was going to take a week, only took a day. Ultimately, I left his shop satisfied and not felt robbed.
The Bottom line: You can come here with the assurance that they will do a fantastic job. His prices are «within means». Discuss your options and do your homework of course.
Your experience may vary but I highly recommend this place.

My car was recently damaged from a hit and run incident. The only visible damage was to my rear bumper, and although it was minor and mainly cosmetic I decided to take it to OCBB instead of sourcing a used bumper myself and having it painted (and doing the install myself) since the price would probably exceed my deductible anyway.
I’m so glad I did! Not only did they source a new OEM bumper for me, they also got me a new sport diffuser due to a discrepancy with the part number on my car. It was definitely a step up, looks-​wise! The paint match is great, new bumper and diffuser were installed just like factory, and they also addressed the dents in my boot lid! Everything looks showroom new, despite being a 6 year old car!
One thing I have to mention here: because the diffuser I got was not the original that came with the car, I looked around on the internet for pictures of those models with that part. There was a minor detail on the diffuser that was painted with the body color instead of black (this part is painted black from the factory). I brought it to Frank and Horatio’s attention immediately, and emailed them pics. They immediately stepped up and asked me to bring it in the next morning so they could correct it free of charge! I’m a little AR when it comes to things related to my car; most people would probably have looked at it and been satisfied as it was already painted and installed perfectly. But since it bothered me, I decided to see if they would fix the «problem», and they did NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Not sure why there are negative reviews here on Unilocal.They did the work perfectly, they addressed my needs, and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. What more can you ask for?
FWIW, this is the second car I brought to them for repairs. Last year, my wife’s GTI was also damaged due to a hit and run, and they did a stellar job on it. That experience was under the old management, and I regret not writing a 5 star review then. In any case, FIVE STARS for this shop, both old and new management! Give them a chance and you won’t regret it!

To be honest, I was ready to give this establishment a 3-​star because of some issues re when they will be finished working on our car. But later on Frank explained to us what happened and what needed to be done which caused the 2-​day delay. Reasons were understandable.
Also, since we didn’t go through insurance, they paid for the extra 2 days (and a little more) of the car rental by taking it out of our bill. In Franks words, «I just want to make it right.»
They even did more than what was asked. They were just supposed to fix one side of the bumper but they ended up doing the whole bumper to make it look perfect.
That’s customer service! Thank you!

Very kind, knowledgable young man. I came in for a repair *cough wasnt my fault. Anywho, he broke down the price, gave me an estimate, and told me when it would be done. I got in and I got out quick. He even called me during the repair process to update me on my car on when it would be finished. Even though the estimated completed repair time was a little bit off, he took the initiative… called ENTERPRISE RENTALS (which was where I got my rental car) and asked if I could extend my rental for a few couple of hours. WOW! Arrived back to the location, my car was back to being new!
Another cool thing about this place is their relationship that they have with ENTERPRISE RENTAL. Even though ENTERPRISE do offer pick ups and drop offs… OC BUMPER AND BODY can also drop off your rental car for you… that you your able to drive straight to the REPAIR shop instead of making 2 trips
The thing that stood out MOST for me about this establishment was…
THEY REMEMBERED WHO I WAS! Right as I walked through the doors, they remembered my name, my car, my car color, and the previous work that was done to it. WOW RIGHT?
Customer Service here is beyond outstanding… they definitely are the definition of ABOVE AND BEYOND. I promise you that you will not find a place that has better customer relations and service.
VERY VERY HAPPY ABOUT THE WORK DONE. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK… if anything happens to my CAR. VERY VERY VERY WELL RECOMMENDED!
