UPDATE #2 5÷11÷15: So far it has cost me almost $ 400 to undo the damage that this company caused me. They said I needed a new motor when in fact all I needed was the cable for the regulator. My next project is to get the film replaced on the window that the technician tore when he was repairing my window. That will be another $ 85.
UPDATE 3÷2÷15: I have repeatedly called their number and asked to speak to the owner and the name of the owner and they refuse to give it to me.
Do NOT have them touch your car. They sent out a technician who could not speak English and was an hour and a half late. Had no idea how to remove the door panel to get to the window regulator. Put in a «new» regulator which is worse than the one I had. Window makes a crackling sound when I try to lower it. Window is off track and now I get wind noise when I drive. He ripped the tint film on my window and I now need to have that replaced. I have repeatedly asked Dexter to talk to the OWNER of the company but no one has called me back. Do NOT use them.
