I have been their customer for about 10 Happy Years and all that I can say is «Thank You» for doing Your Best in Satisfying Most and/​or All Of My Needs!
Although No Cellular Phone Provider is Perfect, «MetroPCS Communications, Inc.»
is a Big Exception!
I personally want to give a Commendation, including my full Praise and Thankfulness to Richard J., from their corporate office who has been there for me.
He is like having a friend or brother and I consider him to be a part of my family.
Although he is a very busy person, he does listen to my needs and concerns and has been excellent at addressing them when time prevails.
I want to also say to him, a «Big Thank You» for informing me of the New, Additional Service which Now allows you to take your cellular phone with you to certain countries such as Canada, Mexico, Brasil, Argentina, etc. and use it up to 200 minutes per month for Free Incoming or Outgoing Calls, including Receiving Unlimited Text Messages (please review their website for certain instructions and limitations on that service).
You can also check your Emails and Facebook for unlimited usage wherever they have WiFi in the World!
This is an Amazing Service that they offer and and thanks to Richard J. I have Now been informed of the New, Additional Service!
I plan on remaining their customer for a very long time since there is absolutely No Need to switch to anybody else!
