I started as a mortgage banker in a reputable direct lender bank and moved to being a Broker in the Real estate business as this is truly where my passion is. I recently bought a property in Mission Viejo and Meriam was my agent. The whole process took 7 weeks; 3 weeks of searching, and 4 weeks for the escrow to close. It was a very fast process thanks to Meriam’s dedication and responsiveness. She’s very hardworking and knowledgeable of the process, and very flexible as I kept on changing my preferences regarding the property I was looking for. We checked out about 15 homes in less than 3 weeks, placed 3 offers, and I landed the property I wanted with $ 20k below the offer price. Meriam even agreed to store my food in her personal fridge as I didn’t have access to a fridge when I moved in the new place! In summary, I was very satisfied with her service, and couldn’t have asked for more.

Meriam is a great realtor. She was very patient with us when we were hesitant about some stuff in the house we chose and made several trips with us just to relieve us. Even before finding the right house, which now we love, and while checking our eligibility for the home loan, although she suggested the lender she works with, which turned out to be great, she actually went with us to a lender that we suggested first, and she was open to work with any lender for us. Meriam was very quick in her communication with the selling agent and all other parties for us. She accommodated our work schedule too, by going to the showings during weekends and after work hours. I loved working with Meriam, especially that she is very professional and friendly at the same time. My relationship with Merian will sure not stop with completing our purchase, but I would sure love to keep her as a nice friend. I am actually planning on inviting her to my new house as soon as I am done with the move.

At the time that I got so frustrated and already gave up on getting my dream home either for higher prices or not finding the one that really appeals to my taste and after many years and few realtors later I decided to not even put any more effort in searching again, that is when God decided to sent a little angel called Meriam, who at the beginning, because she is petit and very young vs her multi years experienced peers did not give the impression that she can help me realize that dream that I gave up on and all the previous realtor that worked with me also did !!! To my great surprise and in a record time she turned our life around and we found that house that we where looking for, for the last 10 years less then a mile away from where we live now !!!, not only that but she connected us to the right lender that made it easy for us to get approved for this purchase at the time were all other banks and lenders turned us away, she also had to deal with that attitude of ours «that we will never find that elusive house and that many other realtors tried before you and failed» which never fazed her and always kept that beautiful giggle and happy face of hers which was still sending us a message even after a long days of searching for nothing, «I don’t care how long this will take me but i will finally get you in that house that you always wanted «…Amazing attitude !!! I can’t think of anyone out there that Meriam won’t be able to help finding their exact needs !!! If she can help very picky people like us she can help ANYONE… Thank you Meriam.
