MedWeight and Lasers

I normally don’t write reviews, but my face was burned horribly during my last visit and wanted to publicize it. I’m actually a very huge fan of medweight and lasers and have seen a lot of progress on the rest of my body but since the burns on my face the staff was extremely unapologetic and blamed me for my burn since I was the one who failed to remove my makeup before the service. They are nurses operating the lasers and should definitely take the time and ask me whether I’ve removed my makeup or not, not just assume that I have come in without it. But I do find this is impossible as my face has been treated before with makeup on and I have never been burned like this. I was given cream for my burns but it was a small sample not even a bottle. I’m put at extreme risk for my face permanently staying scarred and I’m never lasering my face again and honestly expected more from the staff as I have been a loyal guest for over a year.

Been going here for 2+ years. Nurses are nice but machines don’t work, at least not completely. Always grows back or never went away. Only continuing to go here because I’ve already paid for «LIFE TIME WARRANTY.» Might consider a new place soon :(
oh and hours are kinda hard to schedule an appointment. No Friday-​Sunday and no appointments during their lunch (90 minutes).
ADVICE: Please upgrade your machines. We don’t want to return as much as you’d like us to stop coming :)

Love this place! The staff are extremely friendly, professional, patient and very helpful with all of your needs and concerns. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I’ve been complaining about shaving my underarms for years. Finally my boyfriend bought me a MedWeight and Lasers gift certificate for my birthday. It took me a while to make an appointment but I finally did it. It’s been about 5 months now and there’s barely any hair! Of course they always tell you it depends on your hair, but results were fantastic! The first time I went, I was scared so I asked for numbing cream. They gave me some free of charge, which I thought was nice. I’ve had a different nurse each time I went. The customer service was consistent each time. They really knew what they were doing and would always ask if the heat was okay. I referred all my friends and family here. They love it!

My aunt had been coming here for laser hair removal and I had been wanting to get tattoo removal so decided to get a consultation. They were really awesome and were more than willing to work with me as far as paying (I didn’t qualify for care credit so paid cash). I’m half way through my tattoo treatments now, and am going to start laser hair removal. Definitely recommend this place.
Update: I’ve now started the laser hair removal, and have been to one session so far and I’ve noticed a drastic change in the amount of hair growth. I don’t have to shave as often and when the hairs did grow back they were definitely thinner and lighter. It does work best on dark hair and some of my hairs are lighter, but overall it is worth doing. I’m looking forward to seeing how it progresses.

I love the service here! Everyone is so nice and amazing at what they do. The nurses converse with you like a friend and not a stranger. They make you feel comfortable. I’ve been going here for 8 years and have recommended this place to all my friends! No one has complained about this place! Definitely a place you should look into!

If you’re looking for a painless hair removal with no waiting for numbing cream to kick in, go here. I have been to a different place in the past and they’re not as good. The price is worth it for their lifetime warranty.
There’s only one person that negotiates pricing and she’ll remember you so make sure you have a set number in mind and try to stick with it as their pricing fluctuates.

The girls here are absolutely friendly and always fun to chat with. It helps keep my mind off of the procedure, which is typically quick and painless. Ask for the cold towel, it seriously helps! The package I got was such a great deal and I’m very pleased with the process thus far. There’s very little hair that’s grown, but overall– I haven’t had to shave my underarm since I started the process in January and my bikini looks fab!

Dr. Oreilly is very nice, spent a good amount of time to explain what should I do for my problem! I love this place and would recommend it. The office girls are very nice and friendly! Also the lifetime deal is amazing!

The front desk has been very accommodating with my busy work schedule, Nazi and Raluca have been very helpful. I’m extremely happy with my results, all the laser tech’s do a great job!

This place gives me severe anxiety every time I have to come here or communicate with them. The front desk staff is unbelievably unprofessional. They have switched their front desk staff over the years but still can’t seem to hire decent girls who know how to properly communicate with their clients. They’re lying and fake. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 – 6 years for laser hair removal and there has NEVER been a time that went smoothly or according to my schedule. They have made me wait 30 mins to an hour after my scheduled appointment time without any type of communication. Every time I ask the front desk girl what’s going on and if I’ll ever be seen they always reply with «they’ll be right with you». They all look clueless and do not care about their clientele. Nazee is a sneaky snake who had tried many times to cancel my appointments that I’ve scheduled months in advance to be able to squeeze her little buddies in to be seen instead. The ONLY good thing about this place is tabatha and alma and their supposed lifetime follow up on laser. I have come to despise this place. They do not respect your time. Today my appointment was at 4 pm. I came in at about 3:45 pm and Nahal said I was too early my appointment is at 430. I told her that’s incorrect, I specially had them write my apt time on a card when I made it as proof and my apt was at 4. The front desk girl said oh ok. An hr goes by and I’m sitting here still waiting. I cannot believe this! This is completely unacceptable and I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

I love this place! I got the lifetime full body hair removal! The laser worked great on me, after only 4 sessions 70% of my hair is gone! The nurses are all very nice and make you feel comfortable.
I saw some complaints about the front desk girls. I just want to say that they recently changed them and I had no problem whatsoever with making an appointment. The blond girl, Raluca is very nice, professional and tries to accommodate you according to your needs.
If you are interested in getting the laser hair removal this is definitely the place to go!

Lifetime hair removal deal is Amazing especially for people like me who struggle with it. Very friendly and professional. People at front desk not so much. I have been a patient for years and have never gotten good vibes from people in the front. Just not very friendly. I do understand that it a busy office so maybe just a little work or greeting people properly. Doesn’t take much.

Been a regular for 10 years and I absolutely love everyone here. From the office staff to the nurses and of course Dr. O’Reilly.

Of «guarantee» I can’t get in for an appointment for 6 months! My results suck! I have fair skin and course black hair. WTF

Disappointed with the results, my hair continues to grow back even after 44+ sessions. On top of that, the front desk/​schedulers really need to learn some manners and etiquette. Customer relations is KEY, and they fail to understand that. They need to be replaced with more humble and understanding employees.

I TRULY LOVE this place! They have been a LIFE SAVOR not to mention a MOOLA SAVER. Many moons ago I decided I was FINALLY sick and tired of BEING sick and tired of shaving! I was born and raised and SoCal and the water is my second home growing up. So I was ALWAYS going somewhere that includes water or is near water and for the most part that is still true. I practically lived in a bathing suit when I was a kid and I had a drawer full of them to prove it.
So I had heard about this place over the radio and the radio host at the time kept raving about how she was part monkey and went here to get laser done. She was NOW HAIRLESS thanks to them and LOVED IT! Well I’m NOT all that hairy but let’s face it NO ONE likes shaving and there is REALLY no need for all that hair when we wear clothes now so I was sold. I remember mentioning it to the mom-​in-​a-​tor and she said hurry up and call them! WOW thanks mom… I think! So much for the… you look beautiful just the way you are conversation. Since my birthday was coming up she said she would pay for half so on that note I called for a consultation.
Because I used some special radio code or phase I got a deal then because I wanted to get my under arms, legs and bikini area done I got ANOTHER COMBO DEAL! I started as soon as I could get my first appointment. I will say DEPENDING on your pain level it can be painful when they are doing it but once they move from that area I’m ALWAYS fine! The COLD AIR is your friend. The higher the better TRUST ME on this!
They used to have snacks and beverages and they STILL do somewhat but NOT like before! I miss being able to grab something from there around lunch time so I didn’t have to stop for that on my way back to my cave! The process is NOT long at all so your pretty much in and out!
My legs are perfectly HAIRLESS and I have NOT had to shave them in YEARS! SOOOO AWESOME! My underarms are nearly bare with ONLY a few stragglers and bikini area I didn’t get done as much because I’m a WIMP when it comes to pain but I do have to say I DON’T have to shave as often! Less and less hair all the time! It’s GREAT!
Many people think that it’s a women’s thing but I can tell you there are more men in there than women when I go! Mostly for their backs, necks, and stomach hair! YES MEN you TOO can be hairless! It’s a WAAAYYY BETTER LOOK ANYWAY! And MEN PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL WOMEN are into their man being hairy! If we have to groom you should groom as well! And that would include getting Mani’s and Pedi’s. NO WOMEN LIKES MESSED UP FEET that look like you been walking on hot coals or barefoot through the Amazon jungle! Just like you like your significant other or main squeeze looking NICE, SO DO WE! So HOP TO IT you HAIRY BEAST summer is coming! Just Kidding but NOT!
Everyone has always been SUPER NICE to me. NEVER ANY ISSUES and with a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE and the AMOUNT of Bennie’s that crossed from my hand into theirs I want to have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE because I may be a frequent visitor at least for a while! The nurses are VERY PROFESSIONAL so there is NO NEED to be embarrassed because in their line of work they have seen it ALL! By the time you are done they will have seen your HISTORY and your FUTURE and everything in-​between literally!
They also offer a weight program but I don’t know any details about it so you’ll have to call for that one. AND NOW they offer the NEW LIPO METHOD that is NO SURGERY or CUTTING and you can go back to work the same day or next day. You can be back at the gym the next day for SURE so if you’re tired of fighting the CHUBB’S, have bent over backward working out and STILL can NOT get rid of that keg that should be a 6-​pack or those LOVE handles NO ONE loves but the Donut and Ice cream shop people or you just want to DAZZLE at that upcoming wedding, special event or be able to stand in the mirror without sucking it in or grabbing handfuls of your flesh they can make it happen for you. I don’t know all the In’s and outs but you can give them and call for a consultation.
