Master Clean Carpet Upholstery & Drapery Care

We have been using Kurt and his guys for over 8 years at our home and ofice. We would never use any other person. He has ALWAYS been able to get a stain out, except once, when I set the stain into the carpet with the wrong «cleaner» instead of calling him first. He is amazingly professional and thorough. I believe he spent almost a year training the guy that came out today, going out with him every day. He goes to training on carpet cleaning procedures and practices on a regular basis. I could leave a penny on the floor and he would put it on the table. We have had the same carpet for over ten years and it still looks great. Look at the picture I uploaded. He even puts a protector on the corners of the wall so that the hose doesn’t rub it. He puts the critical furniture on little foam pads so the feet don’t get wet. I can’t say enough about him and his service. He is amazing.

This is the second time we have had Kurt come and clean our carpets. When he says not to worry all the stains will be gone, he means that exactly!!! He is very courteous, prompt, professional as always. I previously used to own a dry carpet cleaning business. I have never encountered a steam cleaner that delivers such quality work, and will admit that his service will give dry carpet cleaning a run for the money. I am sure Kurt is the only one we will refer to our friends and neighbors.

I can’t believe no one has reviewed Master Clean yet. Quite random how I found them, I called a major distributor of carpet cleaning products and asked them who the best in the are is, they ranked Master Clean (and Kurt, the owner) at the top.
Anyone who has ever had their carpets cleaned knows that most are crooks at best and many are incompitent.

He tackled a difficult job — an apartment where a pet had had more than one ‘accident’.
It cost me more than the average crook out there but the job was done right and the carpet is like new. he spent hours in there, did not comprimise on the quality of the work.
