Business Owner
Lou Marlin has been a litigator since his admission to the bar in 1972. He is dedicated to seeing that our judicial system is used to protect the rights of individuals in California, and throughout the country. He has been selected by a national ranking organization as a member of the «Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys.»
His experience includes class actions involving mis-classification of employees, failure to make timely wage and commission payments to employees, as well as numerous other claims brought to protect the rights of individuals in California and throughout the country. In addition to his substantial trial court experience, he has argued before the Supreme Court of California, various California Courts of Appeal, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
