Magic Foam

I have had Magic Foam got quite some time now after a single cleaner for years. They are very detailed and I feel comfortable with the team in my home.

Great cleaning service. I have used them for over a year and their work is pretty consistent. We have had some scheduling issues with time slots, but that’s mostly because I only use them every 3 weeks so I am not on a regular schedule. I really appreciate their communication. I can call or text them at anytime and always get a response. A couple of ladies come at a time and they are always pleasant and fast. I saw someone post a low rating because of their business cards. I live in a community that always gets bombarded with fliers and cards and I understand it’s annoying, but I admire their marketing tenacity. I called them off a card on my door and I am glad I did.

I have used this service for about a year 2xs a month and really enjoyed them. They cost much more than most services but I saw the value because it seemed they did pay attention to detail.
Some times they try and «upsell» with their $ 200 deep cleaning. I’m a biz woman, I get it.
I had just donated most items in my house leaving it sparse and picked up. I accepted the deep clean b/​c I just remodeled my daughters room.
Wanted any dust throughout home to be clean for the holidays after a crew of workers.
I was expecting at least what I normally see after a normal $ 150 clean, didn’t have overly high expectations. Normally $ 150 is considered a lot for my small home. I was ok with that. But, $ 200 for their highest level clean was a rip off.
Im not one to freak over $ 50 but I write this on principle.
The ladies are regulars and know my home so I dont need to supervise them. I had just given their supervisor detailed items expected in deep clean and it was agreed. It was all normal stuff.
However, I write this review with disappointment as I did pay the $ 200 cleaning and returned to a home that didn’t show any clear signs of a deep clean.
I had mismatched linens on my bed, pillows w/​o pillow cases, kitchen floors had crumbs and floors not mopped. I moved counter items noticing they were not moved to clean behind. Laundry room had mixed dirty w/​clean clothes in a basket.
A dead fly in a window seal and lots of dust (I live in Irvine by the hills).
My daughter’s room is boxed, clear of items after new flooring, paint and a new bathroom– but they claimed it was a big task to clean? It’s nearly empty!
(I had just had her room cleaned days earlier in prep of redecorating.
*The deep clean was to focus on main rooms I detailed to management at scheduling.
Btw, the entire home’s carpet was cleaned the day prior as I anticipated this «DEEP CLEAN» everywhere else expecting a clean, cute home ready to decorate for the holidays.
I am normally so thankful and grateful after their service, never complained but I have noticed a slow decline last few visits. Still, I never complained.
However, after contacting them over this last clean addressing these items (and more, too much to mention) I wasn’t offered any credit or concession. So disappointed!
I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning the house just hours after they left.
I do appreciate hard work and love that they bring their own supplies but feeling hustled doesn’t sit well. Normally I am so pleased! What happened?!
I decided to move on, let it go, find a new agency but I wanted to alert others who may consider this service. After awhile you will feel taken advantage of and paying above market value– comfort sets it and quality slowly slips away.

2^nd time I came home only to find these people sneaking into our private apartment community without permission only to leave their business cards all over the neighborhood and on every single resident’s door. They know they are not supposed to yet they do it. Residents come home and find a useless card on their door as they are about to enter their house so what do they do? They pick up the card and throw it away before they go in. That causes unnecessary trash buildup around here. Funny how a «cleaning service» is leaving trash everywhere. This is the 2^nd time they leave trash on my door. If there ever comes a 3^rd time I’m calling the authorities as there are laws about littering or soliciting in a private apartment community.

Excellent service! My boyfriend and I have tried other cleaning services in Irvine, MAGIC FOAM is the most professional and best among the others in the area! The service is above and beyond satisfied! Kimberly (manager), came to our house with her team for the first time and make sure everything was done the right way! We have dark wood floors and it’s very difficult to handle, the cleaning ladies was very experience and efficient! Magic foam did a awesome job on our house and they are Super detailed! We’ll be using Magic foam for our long term house cleaning service, their pricing are vary reasonable compare to the other companies, most importantly their cleaning service is impeccable!

I’ve never hired a cleaning service to clean my home. I am extremely picky. But my days at work were getting longer and longer. My home wasn’t as clean as it was before and I needed help.
We get a lot of business cards and advertisements for house cleaning. But on this particular day one business card stood out from the rest. After speaking to Kimberly for a lengthy time I decided to try them out. I was excited and apprehensive. I honestly didn’t think anyone could clean as good as me !!! Boy was I wrong. The team of ladies that now come to our home are extremely professional, extremely thorough, and do an outstanding job! They now come to our home twice a month!
I highly recommend Magic Foam.

Excellent cleaning service — quick and good; which is hard to find. They send a few people to clean to it takes less time, in case you think a cleaning person should spend all at your house. Very reasonable prices.
