Established in 2008.

LUXE Travel was strategically formed in 2008 to bring together a team of air, business and leisure travel professionals, under the leadership of Craig Carter, President.

The LUXE Travel team consist of over 100 highly experienced travel professionals in six offices in California, Texas, Illinois & Florida. We have worked with clients to plan and host events all over the world. Our ability to instantly tap into expert resources for every destination and every type of travel enables us to remain at the forefront of our industry.

Excellent service. Joan Carroll was very professional and helped organize a wonderful vacation in Mexico for my family. All this was done on a short notice. After booking everything, she called me the next day and told me she was able to save more that $ 700 by buying cheaper tickets since prices have dropped. I am very happy with their service and will definitely use Luxe Travel again. Thanks Joan!!!

Kim Vetter at LUXE went above and beyond with our recent dream vacation to Europe. Working with her was our first time enlisting a dedicated travel agent and we are now raving fans. Kim shared a ton of local knowledge about the various cities we visited and even specific hotels that we booked. She also managed to get us a surprise upgrade on the cruise portion of our trip, giving us frequent cruiser status, and made sure that she worked in pleasant surprises along the way. Lastly, Kim was super-​responsive, even answering my questions during the trip itself, on weekends, and at odd hours. A true travel pro! Thanks Kim!

Luxe Travel was tremendous at arranging our Crystal Cruise to the Baltics. The Luxe representatives were totally professional and detail-​oriented. The cruise they helped us choose was magnificent. So instead of the business owner contacting me directly to ask about what happened, he posted this response you see here. So I added screen pics of the calls you say you have no record of. Insert foot in mouth… Ouch, hopefully you don’t do the same to someones travel itinerary.
Lesson for the day for on how to handle social media reviews, contact person directly so you actually look like you care rather than posting a totally false statement showing you didn’t look into this issue at all. Hopefully this company puts in more due diligence in helping their customers than they do in responding to customer service issues.

My husband and I recently returned from our Hawaiin birthday celebration for my husbands 60th BD! Our entire trip was booked through Laurie at LUXE travel. From talking with Laurie, I was impressed with her passion for travel and came across as being knowledgeable in travel, HAWAII in particular !! Wow ! Let me say I’m now a fan of Laurie at Luxe And will be booking all future travel. She sent us on our way with a very detailed itinerary, we’re greeted at our hotels (3 islands) like they knew us, wishing my husband a Happy Birthday, chocolates awaited us in our room !! Laurie put her heart into arranging our trip and now we are home from an amazing vacation, the experience will always be remembered and cherished ! Now we are planning for next year a 2 week Mediterranean cruise with a large group and YES we are booking through LUXE, our friends were so impressed with our previous experience that they are getting ON BOARD with LUXE TRAVEL too!

Needed help booking our first family cruise and had no idea what I was looking at on the Princess Cruises website. The different rooms and pricing was confusing for a first-​timer to understand. Called Luxe and Joan C. was so incredibly helpful. She is extremely attentive and reserved us a wonderful family suite before they sold out. Cant wait for our cruise. Would highly recommend Joan!

Luxe Travel is great! Nathalie helped me plan my trip to Italy and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She put together an entire itinerary from flights, train, hotels, and tours at a very reasonable price. Thank you so very very much to Ruth Major & Kim for our amazing Alaska cruise! We normally booked our travel with Expedia. I was once asking Ruth why one should book her travel with an agent. She explained to me the benefits. I took her words and thought that I wouldn’t hear the end of the complaint my husband had for me because all his friends booked their travels online and how cheap they were,…This cruise would cost us too much,…
Ruth & Kim put me on the payment plan. They watched for the price drop and changed my reservation without changing the price. Kim was so helpful changing my flight so many times without any complaint or extra charge.
My 80 years old mother, 3 kids, husband and I went from one surprised to the next on our 7 days cruise that I couldn’t wait but texting Ruth & Kim while sitting at the VIP check in and sitting down for early boarding at a fancy dinning restaurant for lunch. My mother was so please. My husband didn’t have a word for me but a big smile. My teenager kids were telling me I had spent too much money while I didn’t. The trip was over our expectation. Matter the fact, I «reported» to my younger sister and now I have to hurry up finishing this review to go picking my sister’s family & her in-​laws who cruising right after I got back.

My brother was going overseas for study abroad and being the older sister I helped him out with his travel arrangements. I decided to use luxe, as they seemed like a very professional company. Andrea and Lisa helped me make all the travel arrangements for multi destination, Salzburg, Austria then to Munich, Germany. The process was so painless and they got a cheaper price than what I found on travelocity. I will definitely be using them again for my travel arrangements and refer anyone I know!

They say when you find a great travel agent, don’t let go. Well here is a review of Kim Vetter, who, is as good as it gets. She is extremely knowledgeable and has traveled the world. She is very flexible and very customer service oriented. I can’t say enough about her and her company. We have scheduled quite a few adventures with her and it just keeps getting better by the day. I worked with Mette Hingel at LTG for our May 2010 honeymoon and everything was perfect! Once we spoke over the phone about our ideas for the honeymoon, she sent over some brochures and then talked us through some of the best options. Once we decided we wanted to see the best beaches of the Caribbean, she guided us to the Regent Palms in Turks & Caicos. We had an amazing time and loved every minute of the trip — it was better than we expected! The hotel was amazing and we feel very lucky to have worked with Mette.
