Mr. Layfield has been at the center of multi-​million dollar litigation since the beginning of his career in 1999. As a skilled trial attorney, Mr. Layfield has litigated matters in all courts in the State of California, Southern District of New York, 2^nd Circuit Court of Appeals, Nevada, Utah, Western District of North Carolina, and the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Layfield is often brought into serious disputes on the eve of trial and has been successful in obtaining favorable results on behalf of his clients. Most of Mr. Layfield’s cases are referred by other law firms and solo practitioners throughout the United States.

Mr. Layfield has a reputation for achieving superior results out of the most challenging cases. He brings in a perfect blend of compassion and aggression in the courtroom. Mr. Layfield has been the lead trial counsel on cases with values above one million dollars almost exclusively since 2010.
