LAX Shuttle-Airport Express

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Extremely unprofessional company.
First I got a series of strange, unprofessional and sometimes rude emails. Against my better judgment, we still booked a round trip from and to LAX with them.
Airport Express picked us up at LAX on Feb ¹⁰⁄₁₆ but refused us service and did not fulfill their contractual obligations on Feb ¹⁶⁄₁₆ to return us to the airport as they stated we did not give the driver a large enough tip!
I paid exactly what the driver wrote on the credit card slip and then gave him $ 10 cash as a tip. Apparently that was not enough and they refused to pick us up and take us back to the airport. They left us stranded and trying to look for alternate arrangements at the last minute.
Stay Away from this company!

Have used this service three times so far for round trip to lax from the san Fernando valley. Booked them because they provide car seats and we were traveling with children. Great service. On time. Friendly drivers. Clean vans. We will continue to use service.

Chose the service initially because they offered car seats and we were traveling with our two children under two years old. However they charged us $ 30 extra in fees because it took us too long to load our luggage and babies into the car. We were told, once we were on our way to the airport, that this would happen — apparently because they have a policy that every minute the driver waits beyond 10 minutes you get charged one dollar extra. This policy was not shared with us when we booked the shuttle over the phone, nor did the driver share it when he called to say he arrived. To have such a policy and not be transparent about it, especially when your customers are families with lots of luggage etc. due to children, is unprofessional. We also live in an apartment building with an elevator, and we came down as soon as we got a call that the driver was there — however he told us we should have been waiting for him downstairs. Were we really going to wait on the street with two babies? We came downstairs as soon as he called and are shocked by the fact that we were charged extra simply because it took us two trips to get all of our luggage and put babies in car seats etc. Please do not hire this LAX shuttle — airport express.
