Attorney Sean Vahdat has been a licensed attorney since 2005, and has years of experience in the fields of Personal Injury, Employment Law, Bankruptcy, and Criminal Law.

Attorney Vahdat graduated from Pacific West College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and graduated top of his class Suma Cum laude. He received several awards including the Lex excellence award, he amjured (Highest achievement in a class) more classes than any other student since the inception of the school, and passed the rigid California Bar examination on his first attempt.

Attorney Vahdat served as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorneys office in 2004. He is currently an adjunct professor teaching Torts, Remedies, and Criminal Law, and a full time attorney dedicated to helping clients protect their rights. Attorney Vahdat is licensed to practice law in all courts in California, including the Supreme court of California and the federal courts, and the U.S. Courts of appeals for armed forces.

I have never been in a car accident until I was rear-​ended almost 2 years ago. I was hurt so badly that I had to be transported to the ER and then started therapy. But to add insult to injury the insurance company of the man who hit me was trying to offer $ 450 to settle my case. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
