Established in 2010.
Nick Davaei’s career in the area of special education began in 1998 where he served as a special education teacher, due process liaison and ADR coordinator for the Long Beach Unified School District until 2003. In June of 2003, he began representing special needs students as a special education advocate in all areas of special education. At the same time, he worked as a full time immigration law clerk and paralegal for a successful immigration law firm in Orange County where he gained valuable experience in all facets of immigration law. In May of 2010, he started his practice with primary focus in the areas of immigration and special education law. As an immigrant who came to the U.S. at the age of 12 and as an individual who personally understands the struggles of a child with special needs, he has true empathy for all of his clients and represents them with an added incentive, purpose and determination.

Mr. Davaei is an Attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice before the CA Superior Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of CA. He represents clients in matters related to all facets of U.S. Immigration and Special Education and has appeared before the USCIS, U.S. Immigration Court, CA Office of Administrative Hearings, as well as multiple Public School Districts. Mr. Davaei received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from California State University, Long Beach, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Pacific Coast University, School of Law. Prior to becoming an Attorney, Mr. Davaei served as a Special Education Teacher and Due Process Liaison/ADR Coordinator for the Long Beach Unified School District from 1998 to 2003, and has represented hundreds of students as a Special Education Advocate and now an Attorney since 2003. In addition, he has successfully represented many clients obtain immigration benefits.
