Established in 2011.

Song Plastic Surgery was formed in 2011 by Dr. Song and his wife and business partner Sara. With the same passionate vision, they plan to deliver the highest standards of personalized care in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery to Irvine and the greater Orange County by doing the following:

I went to Dr. Song after having 5 children and feeling terrible about myself. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction. After talking to several other plastic surgeons prior to coming to Dr. Song, I knew within the first 5 minutes that he was the guy. He was so informative and caring. He listened and always remembered every conversation and feeling we had talked about in other appointments. In addition, Dr. Song is very meticulous. If he felt he didn’t see something the way we talked about, he never hesitated to make it perfect. I never felt like a patient, I always felt like family. Andi, the office manager was amazing. She was so warm and accommodating. Brittney is always professional and super friendly when I call. It has been a year since my surgery and I miss everyone in the office. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Song and his practice. I have recommended him to all of my friends and will continue to do so. The best part of all is that I now feel and look fabulous!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Song and his staff. They are compassionate, caring, friendly and know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into their office.
I had a breast reduction by another doctor, who botched it. I went to Dr. Song because my gynecologist referred me to him (she had a doctor friend who had used him and was very pleased with what had been done) All I can say, is he looked at my botched breasts and knew immediately what needed to be done. He explained it, told me it would be painful (total honesty here) and told me he could do it. I booked my appointment.
I have to say, I am very pleased with the results He did a great job at reconstructing me. I have since referred a lot of friends and acquaintances to him. And they have gone, had surgeries, from implants, mommy makeovers to liposuction and they all have let me know he did a fantastic job.
Before going with another doctor, go see Dr. Song. You will not regret it!!!

This surgeon is amazing. I came to him with a facial asymmetry issue that I have had all my life, and that I was not sure anyone could deliver on as far as hopes for improvement. I was very nervous to do the surgery, as the face is obviously such a critical area to change. Dr. Song actually exceeded my expectations, and I am so incredibly thankful for all that he did. He is very caring, kind and takes his time to answer your questions or concerns. His staff is wonderful as well. I would recommend Dr. Song to anyone.

Truly truly, Dr. Song is amazing. Better than I could have ever anticipated! As a first timer undergoing a surgical procedure, Dr. Song possesses all the qualities a Doctor could have to make a patient feel comfortable and confident in his hands.
Thorough in explaining, and even more so in his work. Nonetheless, with very fair pricing.

I went in for a consult today, and I will start off by saying, the office was easy to find, the office staff was friendly, I have been to a few consultations, I’ve been doing my research, when I met the dr. He was very informative and very knowledgable. He explained it all in detail and let me ask questions. He was so great. I can’t wait to schedule … I highly recommend him !!!

This is an overdue review for Kyle Song. I went to see Dr. Song to repair a torn earlobe that I’d had for a while.
I had gotten another consultation with another doctor prior to my consult with Dr. Song but instantly felt comfortable as Dr. Song established a great rapport with his patients and made me feel at ease while explaining the procedure and what to expect.
The cost of the procedure was $ 250, about half the price of other places I looked at. However, the quality was amazing. He fixed my earlobe and adjusted it without hesitating during a follow up session when I had a slight issue with the stitching angle. He repierced my ears during another follow up session and was super patient when the earrings I brought were a little difficult to put in. He was always attentive and gave me personalized attention during each visit until the process was over. I healed as scheduled and now you can not even tell that it was ever torn in the first place.
He is a consummate professional yet very personable and friendly.
Also, a special shoutout to the receptionist Andrea. She is the sweetest person, on top of scheduling and getting back to me, and I loved talking to her. She made me feel very welcome upon entering the office and was super personable as well.
I would recommend Dr. Song to everyone I know!

I want to continue the 5 stars. Dr Song and Andrea at the desk make going to the doctors a wonderful experience. I had breast reconstruction correction and the knowledge, the readiness to share along with what he knows and how he will perform the procedures are explained with so much care. Many doctors when questioned do not fully answer or really seem willing to explain. I never felt that from Dr Song. He also knows about any procedure going on out there and will take the time to explain it to you and why you should or shouldn’t have it. From beginning to end very confident to recommend them. I never have to wait, Andrea is kind and caring. I am going to return for some face work and fat transfer. I feel confident it will be beautuful. His work is indeed updated, skillful and he is going to surgically perform little moves that I haven’t heard other PS discuss from other previous consultations. View pictures in his office of his previous work, they are best out there. I will post again after my work to update.

I saw a few plastic surgeons regarding breast augmentation before I met with Dr. Song. I had pretty much already decided on someone else, but I had a consultation scheduled with him so I figured I would go. I’m SO happy I did!
One of the main qualities I was looking for was confidence, and when Dr. Song started the consultation, I could tell how confident he was in the work he does. He was patient in his explanations, and he was also very personable. The pictures he showed my boyfriend and I during the consultation were AMAZING. He showed us pictures of girls with my same body type, going to the size that I wanted to go, and every single one of them looked completely natural.
I had a few concerns about how they would look (mainly addressing things the other doctors told me that I didn’t like), and he assured me all of them were false. He made it clear that although he would listen to what I wanted, he would also be very honest in telling me what was going to look the best and give me the exact look that I wanted.
It has been two months since I got them done, and I couldn’t be happier. Going with Dr. Song was the best decision I could have made. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional doctor that does amazing work.

Dr. Song performed breast reduction surgery on me after a breast cancer diagnosis in the fall of ’13. The diagnosis had me reeling and I really had no idea where to begin when he asked me «Do you have any questions?» I’d never thought of any kind of plastic surgery before. He was recommended by the surgeon that was removing the tumor and I knew she was great and wouldn’t recommend anyone that wasn’t of her caliber so I had confidence in her recommendation. He was so patient in the office that first visit, so human. He runs the office with his wife, a nurse, and they are both just starting out and so dedicated to the practice. I’ve seen pictures of his work and it is amazing. My reduction was without side effects, and 7 months later I’m considering having additional elective surgery done by Dr. Song. I can’t remember where he went to college, but I saw his diploma hanging on the wall and it is a top notch school like Duke or that caliber, and he is still taking classes to get more initials behind his name which means he’ll charge more $$ for his procedures so now is a good time to go before he raises his prices. When I had my last post surgery checkup I gave him a hug and thanked he and his staff for making my breast cancer surgery more tolerable. Their warmth and support each visit elevated what could have been a scary and unpleasant experience to a fun and triumphant one. I wish that all breast cancer surgery patients could be as lucky as me and have this random great experience with their plastic surgeon’s office.

I had a prophylactic double mastectomy and Dr. Song performed my reconstruction. From the very first consultation, Dr. Song was warm, personable and seemed to genuinely care with this difficult decision I had to make in my life. We discussed what I was looking for with results (I just wanted to be back to my original – B cup), how the procedures would work, time frame, etc. His patience with explanations and answers to my questions calmed me greatly. It’s been 2 months now since I had the mastectomy and I have had the last surgery of exchange from the inserts to teardrop gel implants and the results are PERFECT! I’m 55 years old and have the most beautiful set of «Bs». In fact, even when I was 20 they didn’t look this good! I can not recommend Dr. Song highly enough and in addition, his Patient Care Specialist, Andrea, is an absolute joy to work with.

I highly recommend Dr kyle song. He is professional very honest and does honest work. He has excellent bedside manners not just before you pay! His prices are very reasonable and procedures are conservative and done only when needed. I had many consultations. Being a surgeon myself, I was impressed that he didn’t recommend an aggressive and in my opinion unnecessary procedure. His surgical skills and results along with his compassion make him an excellent rare choice in today’s plastic surgery.

The procedures that were performed were tummy tuck, flanks, breast augmentation, and liposuction. From my first consultation through surgery to follow up visits, Dr. Kyle R. Every time I looked in the mirror two things always bothered me – the loose skin around my middle and my tired looking eyes. I knew I needed a tummy tuck because I workout 2 hours a day, including countless sit ups and core strengthening, and nothing would tighten my stomach area. The same thing with my eyes, I tried so many of the tightening serums, but nothing worked. Dr. Song assured me he could help with both of my ‘problem spots’. He was so professional and at the same time he made me feel relaxed with his affable demeanor. I had full confidence in his surgical skills. My surgery went perfectly! I’m only two weeks out and I look great. All of the crepey skin around my eyes is smoothed out and I don’t look tired all of the time. My stomach is so flat and contoured, it hasn’t been like this since I was in my 20’s! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I know Dr. Song is a perfectionist and my results reflect that fact. After the surgery Dr. Song would call me daily to chart my recovery, I can tell his patients are very important to him. He always gave me his full attention and consideration. It was also nice that when I had appointments I never had to wait for him, he is very punctual. His office manager/​nurse, Sara, is so sweet and caring – they make a great team.
