I’ve only worked with Michelle in the office, so I guess the review is really about her.
And what I can say is that she is awesome!
I was adding my two newly licensed teenagers to my insurance so they could drive my car. My old insurance company was going to bump my premium from $ 60/​mo to $ 250/​mo AND that still restricted them to only driving my car! I was putting off dealing with it, when realized that I had missed the date and my policy had ended the day before. I was a bit frantic. I had requested an online quote from State Farm, which came back as $ 225, but I always think of State Farm as being on of the most expensive and I wanted to try for less. So, I called one of those high-​risk insurance places that advertise on the tv and radio. They were able to quote me out at $ 180, so I was pretty happy, until the very nice woman on the phone started having me read the disclaimers. When I got to the paragraph that said, «This is not a standard insurance policy.» I was starting to freak.
It was at that time when Michelle texted me. Her message said that she was following up with my online quote and could get the premium even lower. I asked the other woman for 30 minutes to think about it, hung up, and called Michelle. She was so helpful and professional. She could tell how stressed and frustrated I was and she was so understanding.
In the end, with little effort on my part, she was able to offer me better policy limits, renters insurance, and a life insurance policy on each my two younger kids — all for $ 209!
In addition, both my new drivers are car hunting and Michelle patiently quoted me policy amounts on some various used cars! She has followed up with me and my experience has been the best!
I definitely received outstanding service and great pricing — both of which are priceless to me!

This review for Michelle Tran. I actually never spoke with Kevin.
I moved from Georgia to California and had to get a new auto insurance in California since I could move over my insurance from Georgia (state law issues).
Michelle Tran who is on Kevin’s team helped me with the whole process and she was wonderful. She took the time to answer all the questions I had go through the policy so that I can save as much money as I can while keeping all the policies that I wanted. I had a accident recorded few years back and she helped me understand how I may be able to get the premiums lower considering my situation. Overall I had a good experience.

It’s pretty halirious to me that you contact me with email begging me to remove my Unilocal review when in fact you know your wrong and now you post a bunch of lies for customers.
I didn’t call everyday and for some reason I also gave 5 stars to a lot of businesses including Allstate insurance so that’s pretty fun that you got the bad review out of them.
I was with you for exactly 6 months which was the worst 6 months, I had to call all the time cause you couldn’t get the auto pay working even tho there always has been more than enough money in the account.
So stop feeding people lies kevin.
You emailed me saying oh we did you a favor and didn’t charge you a cancelation fee which was another BS by you since my term was over even if you wanted to you couldn’t charge me extra.
Oh and it’s not in your control? Well then don’t BS me when I’m starting the policy telling me it’ll go lower:
I’m not having problems, your the one who has problems and you have another review just like mine with the same story basically posted on Unilocal by another reviewer which only proves my point even more.
Since you lied now I’m gonna take the time to actually report you to the BBB as well and I’m gonna leave a review on Google as well too.
I wasn’t gonna waste my time doing this but now I believe every single customer should know about this,

Kevin and his staff are very efficient. They work with you to get the best possible insurance rate. I already had a great monthly installment for my car insurance and Kevin was able to match it AND include two $ 100,000 life insurance policies for my fiancé and I FOR THE SAME PRICE I was already paying! I’m a mother of one and would hate if something happened to us. PLUS Kevin is very personable and gets to know you on a one on one basis. You just feel like you’ve known him for a long time. I highly recommend his office and staff!

I have two auto insurance in this agent. I have started my insurance around 5 months ago. We agreed totally $ 145 monthly payment for the auto insurances of my two cars. It was the best offer among the offers. After two months they suddenly raised to my monthly payment to $ 280 without my confirmation. When I asked the reason, he asked me to provide new documents. Although I send the requested document, each time they asked me another document. They said me that not to pay anything till my montly payment determination. I followed the directions of my agent. But a week ago I have received a letter from Statefarm. It says that my coverage is deactive since unpaid monthly payments. I complaint this issue to Statefarm directly but they couldn’t finalize. I send e-​mails to my agent but I don’t get reponse. I call his office and try to reach him but the secretary doesn’t transfer my call to agent. It took two months, today, I don’t know what is going on. They jerk me over. It is impossible to find a solution for this kind of problem. I recommend you not to believe the monthly payment he or statefarm offers at the first time. They force you to pay more than you agreed. I will never work with Statefarm and this agent anymore.

Kevin has great customer service and helped me get a good deal on my car insurance. Can’t be any more happier.

I don’t always switch insurance companies but when I do it’s for the customer service! Kevin has been superb even with minor hiccups in the policy, but made sure it was resolved right away unlike my other insurance company which took ages.
I’m not a fan of switching insurance companies because of the hassle it involves and knowing whether or not if switching is going to save you money. After a few days discussing pricing on the multiple policies we found out that that switching would actually cost me slightly more money. We discussed options and realised that even though I’ll pay more initially I will receive discounts within a few months and end up paying less. With that, I would rather pay more for the best customer service and actually having an agent than calling a random 800 number and getting a different person each time to make a change to your policy…

Kevin is by far the best insurance representative I have ever talked to! He is friendly, polite, fast and professional … made my insurance buying experience painless and enjoyable! Who knew buying insurance can be fun… Ha! All and all it only took 15 minutes. I love it!

Just decided to start a small life insurance with Statefarm and Kevin was extremely helpful in explaining everything that I wanted to know about them. I am a college student, so I am extra careful with my money and how I choose to spend it.
