The Kenneth G. Marks Law Firm has been in business for 20 years. Mr. Marks became a California licensed attorney in 1981 and has specialized in Personal Injury law for his entire career. After 8 successful years as an associate with Jacobs & Jacobs in Lake Forest, California, Mr. Marks decided to branch out on his own to provide the signature personalized service that defines his firm to this date.

Kenneth G. Marks, Esq. has handled well over a thousand Personal Injury cases, including a $ 7.3 million settlement in a Products Liability case involving burn victims. He recently settled a Wrongful Death case for 3 minor children who lost their father for $ 1.8 million. He has had other seven figure and numerous six figure settlements and jury verdicts as well.

Mr. Marks is originally from New Jersey and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978 with a B.A. in Political Science. He attended law school at California Western School of Law, where he graduated in 1981. He also received an advanced law degree in Taxation Law in 2003 from Golden Gate University School of Law.
