History
Established in 2014.
John P. Newton is a former federal prosecutor with a reputation for tackling the toughest cases. Throughout the years, he began to be troubled by the lack of equality in the justice system. It seemed that the outcome of a case was increasingly more dependent on arbitrary factors like who the attorney was or the current political climate.
In 2014, John P. Newton opened a practice with the sole focus being on restoring equality to the justice system. He operates on a different business model that includes low flat rates, no extra attorney fees for exercising your right to a trial, and skillful negotiations. His simple philosophy is that you should not have to be a celebrity to get equal justice and skillful representation.
