Jevon Perra started in non-​profit and church work doing everything from raising money for humanitarian efforts and leadership training to giving the message. He started doing home loan mortgages in 2003 and since then has worked hard to treat people like a FRIEND and making Per​raLoans​.com a great place to LEND.

Jevon Perra started his career in the real estate world with hands on experience building and remodeling multifamily properties for his family’s real estate business in Riverside, CA. Jevon started doing mortgages in 2003, but he went on to expand his ability to communicate and help his clients by specializing in human behavior and persuasion and receiving an Advanced Coaching Master Certification after that. He earned his CA real estate sales licensed in 2006 and his CA Broker’s License in 2008. Jevon has continued to be a top performing sales representative and has trained leaders & managers in effective communication at Boeing, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft and other fantastic companies. This experience in human behavior helps him to add value to his clients no matter the business situation. Jevon currently serves his community as a loan originator at First Centennial Mortgage. He treats his clients like a FRIEND, so it’s a great place to LEND.
