I received several mailings saying they could save me money on my mortgage payment so I decided to inquire. My first call was answered by Andrew, a teenager that mumbled. I asked to be transferred, but instead he just mumbled louder. I told him I would call back. My second call was answered by Tim, who said hello to me by name, then hung up on me. My third and final call was picked up and hung up on without any name. I guess they flagged me as a «difficult» customer because I am hard of hearing. If you are older or have any disability — or just don’t care for companies that discriminate, I suggest avoiding Intelliloan.

Buyer beware-​when I first talk to this company and explained the refinance and I wanted to do I was told no problem we can probably do it with no money out of pocket. The second time I talk to him suddenly there’s a $ 2700 charge that I wasn’t aware of. when I finally received the documents for signature The $ 2700 had grown to over $ 7000. This company is doing a bait and switch be very careful

I have been so happy working with everyone at this company to get my home refinanced. I started working with Alfred Smith, who is very knowledgeable, exceptionally responsive, and will take time to call back even on weekends.
I had a difficult refinance due to a loan modification and everyone at this company worked extremely hard to get it done and I couldn’t be happier!

We started looking for refinancing six months ago and called several places and talked to their sales reps. Brian Ellis was one of them. We quickly shortlisted a few of them for subsequent negotiations. Brian was always there to explain and help us understand different options. We were on and off pursuing refinancing, but Brian had the patience to stay with us. In comparison, a sales rep from a big bank would promise to call us, but would conveniently forget. The loan terms offered by Brian were also the most competitive of all options we received. We are glad everything worked out all right, thanks to Brian.

Mortgage Specialist NMLS # 1 040 058. I have dealth with Jonathan multiple times regarding refinancing and he has always provided excellent service from the beginning to the end of the transaction. I even recommended him to my family and friends, so If you are ever thinking about refinancing or any real estate needs. Please give this guy a call and he will take good care of you and provide many options suitable to your needs.

I worked with Kirt Suihkonen (NMLS # 968 660) on refinancing our home earlier this year and had nothing short of a great experience. I should mention Intelliloan was able to offer me .25% lower interest rate than all competitors I received quotes from (e.g. Quicken and Wells Fargo). Kirt was very punctual and kept on top of the entire process from start to finish. I was hesitant to start the refinance with a company located out of state where primary communication would be e-​mail but I am extremely glad I went through with it. Kirt and his team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend using Intelliloan for any refinancing or home mortgage needs.

I purchased my home in October of 2010 with a 30 year conventional loan at 5%. I had been looking to refi for a few months and I got a call from Linh Nguyen from Intelliloan as I was driving to work. By the time I got to work, Linh had provided me with a few refi options based on a few questions. By the time I checked my email later that day, Linh had already followed up with a clear email stating exactly what was needed. Linh was there through every step of the way and I was able to close my loan in about 5 weeks! Linh was an excellent communicator, friendly, and very thorough. There were absolutely no surprises. In the end I ended up with a 20 year fixed conventional at 3.75, I rolled in my closing costs and my monthly was about the same as I was paying for a 30 year! I saved 5 years of payments! Thank you Linh and the Intelliloan team! So happy to have done business with you!

Did a Refi with Intelliloan last month and have struggled with whether or not to review. Being honest, the Loan Officer and his assistant were extremely nice people and mostly professional, but you get the feeling that this is an extremely high volume business. It was impossible to get the loan officer on the phone and he almost never returned phone calls. Had a good faith estimate that was off by almost 6K. The Loan had to be re-​locked and I was never told about it, $ 1800 Lender credit mysteriously disappeared as a result. They came up with a good strategy for my refi, but the bumps in the road and lack of communication would keep me from ever recommending.

This is my second review for Intelliloan (just completed my second refi). Again, the service, knowledge and professionalism was great. I called Quynh Pham as I had worked with him the 1st time in 2014 and he began the refi process right away. Everything was done in an efficient time frame. Quynh and his team were all great. We bought our house in 2009 with a 5.5% interest rate. As we were looking to refinance the home, I spoke with the sales rep (Jeremiah Lee) who made me feel right away that he would take care of us.
And my feeling was right. He gave us the best interest on the market. And he made it so easy for me and my family to understand the step by step process. Throughout this whole new experience, he was always one phone call away and was able to answer all my questions, even if they were a million questions combined.
This is the first time my family has refinanced our home and was in all, a great and speedy experience.
I got an email today saying that my loan has been approved and our case has been closed. And we were done within the month! So I decided to write this review to let others know that the service and professionalism has been reached beyond expectations.
I have been and will refer this company and my rep in the future to my friends and family.

Blake Smith was absolutely fantastic to work with on our refinance. He was open, honest and made sure that Intelliloan matched a competing rate that I received. Throughout the process Blake was responsive, picked up the phone when we called (if he didn’t he called back within a few hours), and was able to get us answers quickly. I did a refi of my 1st and 2nd through Jeremiah, license number 1 097 558.
This was the best service I’ve ever had in the area of home finance. I was traveling on the road for most of the time and Jeremiah basically provided concierge-​level experience. I run a workgroup of a $ 300 MIL company and I’d be proud to have each of my employees be as customer oriented as Jeremiah.

I closed a refinance with Linh Nguyen in May and it was a wonderful experience. I got a great rate and locked in but as luck would have it rates dropped a few days later and I brought a competitive quote to them and within 24 hours they better both the rate and the closing costs!
Nearly all of the paperwork was handled with electronic signing and the process was very streamlined. She was always available to help and reachable by email and phone with nearly immediate responses. Even through the escrow, closing, and funding process she was very helpful with coordinating information with the escrow agent.
I would recommend them to everyone looking for a refinance, and don’t be worried about there being lower rates out there they will match and their service is outstanding.

Great service, super fast response times and real value for money…
As a first time home buyer, I was very worried about the whole loan procedure. They took the time to explain and disclose everything up front, which really relieved some the anxiety of buying your first home. I had done my homework and with their Pre-​Approval process we were able to close my FHA loan in less 30 days. Having done some remodeling and finally moving into the property, the loan process was actually the easiest part of the whole process.
