Found Dr. Cler (and Dr. Cook) as providers in my company’s vision plan (National Vision Administrators. Dr. Cler was fantastic! He provided a very thorough eye exam, prescription, great choice of frames, and just an overall top notch experience. He also took the time to explain what issues were affecting my vision as well as various eye procedures that might make a difference but probably wouldn’t be worth the investment, for now. That was much appreciated versus being «sold» on expensive surgical procedures that would only have limited results.

I first used Dr. Cook and Dr. Cler in 2001 but hadn’t gone there in awhile because I was without Vision Insurance. I was very happy to have a proper eye exam to say the least. Dr. Cler and his staff have always been caring and attentive.
High recommend their services. Can’t wait to try my new peepers!

I must acknowledge Dr Michael Cook for his expertise, accuracy & excellence, I saw him after doing quite a bit of research & getting a recommendation from an excellent eye surgeon, not the one that had operated on me.
(I had Lasik that did not turn out as I expected, my vision regressed within 1 ½ years).
I had not been able to wear contacts again w/​o my eyes getting very red. Dr Cook had me in contacts easily & I am able to see very well without problems. My redness (which can be a Dry Eye as a side effect of Lasik) continued, & today he finally GOT RID OF IT!
Dr Cook is THE EPITOME OF EXCELLENCE, do not hesitate to see him, he is kind and sincere & will tell you exactly what he sees is going on & will find a solution,

I have been going to see Dr.‘s Cler and Cook for almost 10 years now and I just wanted to let Unilocal know how awesome these guys are.
I saw Dr Cook this time today, he is very educational with a great sense of humor. We talked about our families as he examined me.
What really pleases me is they understand my needs– I don’t need 800 $ designer glasses, I break stuff, give me cheap black frames please! I can’t walk and chew gum!!! They never push expensive frames and they workout payment plans as well.

Dr. Cler is an excellent optometrist! He is extremely detailed and did a superb job of diagnosing the causes of my dry eyes. I tend to bounce around to different providers only because I don’t trust most of them. Honestly it takes a lot for me to write a review. So when I do, I really mean it. I am wholeheartedly convince he’s probably one of the best I’ve ran across. Don’t hesitate to visit him if you need a check up.

I have been going to Dr Cler and Dr Cook for the past 3 years and they are great. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. This might sound trivial but it was a very big deal to me, I like curved sunglasses and I have always been told that I can NOT get them by many other Dr offices because of my prescription. When i asked Dr Cook he said he had a solution and a great lab that could make my sunglasses for me with the curved lens. When I picked these new sunglasses up they were perfect, and have been the best sun glasses I have ever had. Thanks Dr Cook!

This is a very friendly and helpful place. Tabatha special ordered glasses by Gunnar for my son. He was so happy she was able top get these special computer glasses for him and the price was amazing. I will always go back to this place for my future glasses. Tabatha is wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Been for three exams and seen each Dr Cler and Cook. Nice basic office, get you in and out pretty quickly, don’t charge for unnecessary fittings on same contact brand/​size year to year. Stopped selling my old contact brand of past 5 years which was still at Costco, so begrudgingly upgraded to a long wear lens that I actually enjoy a lot more. Seemed to have a lot of popular frame brands when I looked. (Hear they are moving early Sept 2011)

They have a professional office, and they handle you gently during eye exams.
They have a great selection of frames in the office, and I have a great confidence in their equipment when checking my eyes.
Convenient location also.
