I’m a dance enthusiast, mom, wife, & the everyday girl. I hold 2 BAs, a specialization in Research/Analytical Methods, & a MBA. From personal weight issues, frustrations w/existing weight loss methods, tedious workouts, yoyo diets, expensive solutions, ridiculous approaches, & a passion for dance but bored of traditional dance/fitness programs, I was driven to find an easy, effective, & motivating manner to shed lbs & tone up. I wanted something that promoted weight loss/toning up, while was dance inspired, teaching moves I would feel hot to use on the dance floor (& the grapevine wasn’t going to cover it). So, I created Hypnautycs — Pulsating Dance & Alternative Fitness; a weight loss approach combining dance cardio, rhythmic resistance training, & nutrition. Via Hypnautycs, I lost 73+lbs, kept it off, built confidence, & increased energy. I’m a CPR/AED certified, dance & fitness instructor, experienced in teaching today’s hottest dance moves & using it to slim down/shape up!
