Michelle, Brandon, and Landon are rockstars! One of the hardest working real estate firms that I have ever seen! I know real estate because my parents are ALSO real estate brokers for Berkshire Hathaway!
They hired my bartending company BTG Bartending for their grand opening and from start to finish, they were extremely professional, punctual, and outrageously enthusiastic! They treat everyone with respect/​attention and leave no detail unexamined. From first-​hand experience, they are ALWAYS in touch with clients trying to meet their needs!
Within seconds or minutes, I would get a friendly call or email back. I know it’s uncommon for businesses to review each other, but I wanted to recognize especially their Director of Client Services, Michelle Jones for one of the most pleasant customer services I have ever experienced! Don’t hesitate and contact Michelle or any one of the other employees to be bombarded with attention, professionalism, and someone who will work round the clock for you! If you don’t want that, look elsewhere! I’m out!

I first meet these people name harcourt primer properties agents at 3000 Scholarship building with my family on a open house which I was invited by them and which they were having it on month of July 2015, and after that start to give them heads up of certain developments were happening at that building that I was not sure they were aware of it and will it be fine legal wise to proceed with the purchase, then I realize they are NOT capable of given correct answers to me at the time and moments later I realized they got very much upset and getting hostile toward me and my family. They were very unprofessional rude staff and did not know how to answer to my difficult questions that a realtor should of known about it to maintain to assist me professtionally to have a deal made at the time, and I was very much interested of buying that property from them. After their rude and unprofessional ism attitude they gave me at the time and the treatment we received at the time from them as we were leaving the open house was very much unusual. I strongly will not recommend these people for purchase of any property at all…

I was still living in Texas and I flew to LAX to see Brandon. The impression of Brandon was very friendly and professional person. I had only several hours in LA but I ended up to buy a nice condo in Irvine. He is very caring person and I made my decision on that day and I flew back to Texas. During process of closing, he was alway available for me either by telephone or by texts or emails, and he answered my questions promptly.
