Wendy is an amazing teacher. I have only taken a few classes from her so far, but I am already amazed at what I have learned in so short a time. I didn’t think that I could paint well but I knew I needed a creative outlet, so I hesitantly joined her class, worried that I would only disappoint myself. Instead, Wendy put me at ease right away and made me feel so comfortable. She is so fun and friendly and explains things in ways that are so accessible and easy to understand. I already completed my first painting and still cannot believe that it was ME who did that! She is so knowledgeable and intuitive about what I needed to know to move to the next level. Her classes have far exceeded my expectations and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to learn from her!

These classes are great! I felt a bit intimidated going to my first class but Wendy’s warm and friendly personality makes everyone feel comfortable and creates such a nice environment for painting and being creative.
You can choose which medium you want… I chose oil painting and have learned so much already. Wendy is a true artist and is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher. I have learned about color and mixing paint, color values, composition, how to use oil paints, etc.
The studio is nice and bright with some of Wendy’s amazing artwork hanging on the walls… very inspiring.
If you’ve been thinking about taking a painting class, like I was, sign up for these classes. You will Love them like I do!

I just went to my first oil painting class last night and I LOVED IT! :) I’m already soooo looking forward to my next class!
I am a beginner to oil painting, but I’ve certainly learned a lot from Wendy already just in one night! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and fun! :) I really loved the energy in this studio! All the students there were nice, too!
I am sooooooo glad I made the right choice to take classes with Wendy! She is definitely a wonderful & awesome teacher!

I love the classes! I never took any art class before I took the art classes here. The teacher taught me very useful techniques so I can make drawing easier. I’m able to draw something which I never thought I can draw. Thank you for the classes, it totally changed my perspective to look at things.

Wendy is a GREAT teacher. She is a warm, positive and a happy person– you want to be around her! I started going to Wendy a few months ago after not having painted for over 15 years. Now I am on a roll! I look forward to the class every week. Wendy is patient and encouraging. She taught me how to observe things as shapes and view colors as values. I learn so much each week and I am happy and relaxed after my class. The classes are so much fun– We listen to music, talk, laugh and of course paint-​its like therapy! I would recommend Wendy’s classes to everyone. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a really long time.
