Do not trust your babies with these so called a Groomers!!! Beware!!!
My poor cat’s first grooming experience was horrific for him! The obviously new and untrained groomer tormented my cat by trying to pull knots out with a comb as my poor kitty cried in pain! She was searching high and low for items that obviously she could not find and after two hours of torment finally told me she was very sorry she could not groom or bath my kitty and told me that her services were free of charge!
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!

If I could give them zero I would. HORRIBLE experience with Sandra on the phone and with my appointment. I had used Fritzy’s in the past and was extremely satisfied with the ease of getting an appointment and especially with the great grooming for my cat. This time I scheduled an appointment, was called back to be given another. I immediately called back to confirm that I wanted that appointment. I planned my day around that only to not have anybody show up. When I called Fritzy’s to find out why nobody showed up I was told that there was nothing on the calendar and that I never called back. LIES! I am so upset at how horribly Sandra handled the call never admitting that she made a mistake only denying that we ever had a conversation. She said the next available appointment was 4 days from then. I am always able to get an appointment faster. I know how it works. I’m angry and tell them how I feel and they will lose my file. HORRIBLE customer service. I am very disappointed.

Kim was AMAZING with my two cats who needed a flea bath and extra TLC. This was my first time using a mobile groomer. I highly recommend them!

1^st time customer and very impressed with their service. These young ladies did an awesome job on my cat. They were on time and very friendly. I thought my cat wouldn’t be comfortable around them or let me cut her fur, but they said she was good cat no problems.

If I could give these guys a negative rating I would. The only reason they received one star is because I could not post it without selecting one. I am so pissed off at this so-​called mobile grooming service. I did not see the reviews before I hired them. My cat has been getting professionally groomed every year except for last year because my groomer moved and I could not find her; therefore, I decided to hire these yahoos. This was a bad move. Well, it took the guy 4 hours and he did not complete the job, e.g. terrible incomplete hair cut, no bath, only trimmed the front claws, did not brush the teeth, etc. He also had the nerve to tell me that maybe I should have used another grooming service. I could not believe that he had the nerve to tell me this after giving my cat a half completed jacked up hair cut! I called and complained and they still charged me $ 236.00?! Their customer service only offered hollow apologizes and excuses. Needless to say, my cat is traumatized. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

I had Fritzys come to my home and groom my cat. The groomer left the door open to her van when drying my cat so he got away from her and he ran out the door with a lead around his neck. We look for him all day finally found him Thank God! but then realized she had clipped off his wishers. We were and still are very upset. I Just want everyone to know she did inform me she does leave the door open when drying animals so be aware this could happen to you easily. I didn’t want to leave any stars but I had to for this to post.

Today, 2÷19÷16, I had my 1.5 year old male Rott, who weighs 100.1lbs, groomed by Stacy. I’ve had dogs in the past and dealt with many mobile groomers. I’m so happy I didn’t have the poor experiences mentioned on this page. I can’t even imagine Fritzy’s giving such poor service. I love Fritzy’s Pet Care Pros! And my dog Kobe loved his groomer so much he ran back to the van to leave with her. From my phone call with James to my experience with Stacy, everything went very well, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Both James and Stacy were very professional. Kobe smells soooo much better and his coat feels really good. He’s shiny, very soft, and wasn’t the least bit traumatized. Stacy was clearly loving with my Kobe, and you can tell she was really into my Kobe in her treatment and care for him. Kobe just loved her so much, and this was truly comforting to me. Since I injured my shoulder and neck, I haven’t been able to get Kobe out for socializing, and I was afraid that Kobe wouldn’t take well to the groomer. This was also based on a recent experience with another groomer. It was clear that Kobe wasn’t interested in the woman touching him. But he took very well to Stacy, and that gave me peace. The only thing I would have loved to do was to watch Kobe get groomed.
Way to go Fritzy’s…keep up the good Work!!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. A groomer from Fritzy’s came over on Saturday to shave off some matted hair and give our cat a bath. I brought my cat Moneypenny into the grooming van and discussed with the groomer what I wanted done. I was prepared to leave the van when the groomer asked me to stay and help hold the cat while she shaved her. Her reasoning was that it is much easier with two people. Seriously?! Then send two groomers. In all my years getting my cats groomed, I’ve never been asked to be a part of the process. Against my better judgement, I complied and stayed to hold the cat. I should’ve left with her right then and there as this should’ve been my first heads up that this groomer was unprofessional. She proceeded to harness the cat inside of the vehicle and shave her, talking to me throughout the process, and as far as I’m concerned, not fully concentrating on what she was doing, as she then cut my cat’s skin with the shaver, leaving a pretty nasty gash on her thigh. Miraculously, my cat was not bleeding, but you could see the «white meat.» Yikes! My cat meowed out in pain. The groomer immediately stopped the shaving. She then proceeded to put Neosporin into the wound and wrapped her leg with a cotton ball and some medical tape (not the proper way to treat the wound as we learned from our vet later that day). Such a disaster. I felt terrible for my cat who deserved none of this.
She said the wound was «not that bad» and should heal in a few days, and they would send someone out within a day or two for a health check. She clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. My cat clearly needed stitches and I certainly wasn’t going to allow her to hobble around with an awkward tape job on her leg and possibly get an infection. Because of this groomer’s lack of attentiveness and not coming with the additional help she very obviously needed (those were HER words), she’d injured my cat. Really not the customer’s job to hold the cat or make sure the groomer does her job properly. Of course, we spent the afternoon at the vet’s office, sent Fritzy’s our invoice, for which the office manager James informed us they would take NO responsibility. They will do nothing to make the situation right and only had excuses and hollow apologies in response to this situation, at one point trying to deflect responsibility by saying that our vet was irresponsibly treating our pet. Give me a break. I think James was forgetting his groomer is the reason we were at the vet in the first place. He also asserted that it was nothing out of the ordinary for the client to remain in the van while the groomer does their work. Utter BS. Not my first rodeo, buddy. I have enough experience with groomers to know that’s an absolute crock.
Well, James had an excuse for everything and did not care to make this situation right AT ALL. His position was basically, «$#@! happens.» So they effectively sent a groomer over who injured our cat and then took ZERO responsibility for any of it. Terrible business practice as far as I’m concerned. And if a Fritzy’s rep is reading this now, the only response you should give to this post is an offer to pay our vet bill of almost $ 200. To pay it even partially would’ve been some kind of gesture as the ordeal was entirely your groomer’s fault. Any properly functioning business does this. Otherwise, save your worthless apologies and pathetic excuses for the next client you decide to screw over, which by the looks of your Unilocal page, is on the horizon any minute now. No way to run a business or handle customers. Thanks for nothing!

I have used their mobile grooming service for my cat, Axel, for just over two years. Josie is amazing! She was always on time for the appointments which I really appreciated. She took awesome care in grooming Axel. I was never disappointed!

Having called a mobile grooming business, I expected the same type of service, if not better service than a regular pet grooming facility. I asked for a full grooming service for my puppy and what I got in return was not close to what one would called a fully groomed puppy. I need to take my puppy to another grooming facility, as he was not properly groomed. He got an ugly hair cut; only his head and tail area were groomed and his body was left alone. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money, which I had agreed to only because I was led to believe that I would receive an expertly groomed puppy. On top of it all, I was treated with anything but respect. This is a joke of a service! You would expect a premium grooming service at their prices and when you turn to a mobile grooming service. This place is one of the worst pet grooming services I have ever used and will never recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Me and my kitties love Fritzy ‘s Pet Grooming! They’re very punctual, clean and take pride in their work! Today we had D’ona, she was FANTASTIC & caring! I would definitely recommend Fritzy’s, especially for long haired cats! We are very happy!

Had my German Sheppard bathed from these people for the 1^st and last time.
I was the 1^st appointment of the day the lady was 45 min. late. She called during the end of his bath saying she cut his toe nail to close and he is bleeding. She said he was done. She opened the van door my dog was still wet. A couple days later he wanted his belly scratced and noticed she had cut him just in front of his penis. Never again beware

Today I had my Calico girl washed and clipped. Kim showed up early to get Sissy and was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable leaving her. We talked through what she would be doing and told me that I could come check on Sissy whenever I’d like. After 10 minutes or so, I walked outside to look in the van, Sissy was getting cut. I left. A little while later I went back out. Sissy had just peed everywhere so Kim asked me into the van. Sissy had just been washed and needed another wash from the urine. I was able to calm Sissy while Kim was finishing her up. She looks and smells great. Nails and ears were cleaned. GREAT JOB! I will ask for Kim again. She knows and loves cats! So happy!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My golden retriever was returned to me damp with clumps of loose hair… I have 3 goldens, and the groomer told me that shedding is because of the breed! Freshly groomed dogs do not come home damp and shedding like crazy. Not only that, his ears, butt were not clean, and paws not trimmed… they charged me $ 103 for a flea bath, but the flea bite scabs are still there. I already called their CS and they cannot give any discount because the «Service was already given.» I wish there was a way to post photos here. I am so mad, DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!

For the first time we had our two Maine Coon cats groomed and could not be happier! Justine was great, very nice and did a great job. The cats look and smell great!
We will definitely use them again and now add our Sheltie to the mix!

Absolutely thrilled with how amazing Anissa groomed my grandmas dog! She was very professional, nice, patient, over all amazing with my grandmas dog! Our little mebbles looks absolutely stunning! Thanks to her our precious mebbles looks amazing!

Although I appreciate the response several months after this posting, I do want to clarify one thing. I’m not sure where you’re getting your information from but each time I’ve scheduled to have my pets groomed, your staff was a no show. It had nothing to do with time constraints and if memory serves me, the groomer called me the day of the appointment to let me know they had to cancel.

Oh boy! Just exchanged words with James. Snarky and generally unapologetic! He was supposed to call me back on Friday after I had emailed photos of Bella, however the call never came.
To be clear, my dogs were groomed Saturday, it took almost 5 hours, double the estimated time. Which left me late for work and in a hurry. I could not inspect my dogs, or even have a minute to call Fritzy’s to discuss the botched service I received until Sunday. They returned my message on Monday. I was unable to answer or call back in between my two jobs until Wednesday. They did NOT make multiple attempts to reach me, just one.
Also, for clarification, the groomer DID in fact disclose to me that she was A NEW GROOMER. I’m sure she is qualified as the reply to my review states, but that doesn’t mean that she wasn’t new. She did in fact tell me «I’m new so I’m still figuring out what clippers to use where»
Yes, Bella was matted in places. I did not want her shaved. It was agreed that the knots ONLY to be removed. In essence, get rid of the knots while leaving as much hair as possible. Upon speaking, rather arguing, with James he seemed to place the blame on me and even mentioned that I should take better care to brush my dogs and not let her to get «so matted». Regardless of the method, I don’t think that means her entire coat should be uneven ALL OVER. Just where the knots were. If you look closely at the photo of Bella’s back you can see ridges. That, of all places, should be the most even.
James could not seem to look past the issue of matting, and failed to recognize the multiple problems with the service that would warrant a refund with just about any other company in the world
1. Excessively uneven coat
2. Clearly unwashed (did not smell good, and brown left around the eyes)
3. Clearly not blown out, her hair was left curly in places
4. Cut Bella’s elbow and drew blood
5. Left a knot in her ear
6. Dumped hair trimmings all over the parking lot
7. Took WAY longer than quoted
James, after forcing me to tears, did apathetically apologize and recognized the service should have been fixed somehow. He «would’ve been happy to send someone out» had I not been so quick to leave a Unilocal review. First, BOTH dogs look ridiculous. I only want to be reimbursed for the ONE dog so that I can go take her to get fixed elsewhere. I would be foolish to allow the same pet care «pros» to touch my dogs again. James explained that I should have called sooner, then he would’ve fixed it. I explained that I work two jobs, and he said «well I don’t believe you» and laughed.
In the reply to my review, you see the main reason they give for not fixing the problem was because they were not «notified within a reasonable amount of time». is it my fault that there was no one to call me back on Sunday? Or when I called on Wednesday, is it my fault that there was no manager to speak with? Is it my fault that James did not call me on Friday like I was told? What is a reasonable time to this company? Whatever works best for them apparently.
Fruitlessly, I essentially begged James to see that this is not acceptable and something should be done. He would not, simply because I left a Unilocal review and a claim with the BBB before speaking to him. I tried to reason with him, explaining that making the situation right should not hinge upon whether I left a review or not. It is my right as a customer to give my opinion and account of the services that the company provided. He insisted that I «flamed» the company. Unfortunately, it was not a flame at all. All I did was type up an account of the service I received. I reviewed the service just like anyone would. Had the service been excellent, I would have written an equally similar review explaining all of the reasons why the service was great. It is not flaming when someone gives their side of the story.
We did seem to agree it wasn’t an ideal service provided. But, stubborn as he was, would not do anything about it. I had to tell him, just human to human, just being a GOOD moral person, he should be compelled to give me back the money the company practically stole. James frankly stated «no» and to that all I could really say was «f*** you» because at the end of the day I knew James never had the intention of doing the right thing. Obviously, $ 84 means more to him than just being a good person, let alone a good manager. If I did that to someone’s dog I would feel so awful the money wouldn’t even be an issue. But, welcome to today’s world I guess.
Unilocal is here to help all of us stay away from bad business, not for a company to use as an excuse to penalize a customer and not refund someone money. If James would have refunded me my money, I would have been happy to update my review to reflect the fact that he was sincerely sorry for the trouble and made the proper adjustments to the bill and we both would be happy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Injured my dog.
My dog was recovering from major knee surgery so I decided to utilize this mobile groomer. I’ve had my dog groomed many times before by another groomer but because of his recovery I needed someone to come to the house. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews on Unilocal.The groomer severely cut both of my dogs ears and failed to tell me upon bringing him back. The groomer left the dog with me and did not inform me of both the severe cuts behind my labs ears.
Upon seeing The extent of my dogs injuries, I called Fritzie’s. I sent photographs of the injuries and spoke to the manager on duty. My concerns were not addressed rather they were minimized. I was not offered any accommodations and despite my request for a refund no accommodations were made. I’m unhappy with the grooming service I received as well as the customer service. I paid almost $ 150 to have my dog injured. Very disappointed.

They arrived as before on time. I was met with the groomer telling me that all 3 dogs may not be able to be done because last night they booked her a call and one of my dogs was being given the furmanator. I wasn’t happy and called of course I was given a lame manager excuse. They overbooked for the $$ let’s face it. BUT… Joni did a fabulous job completed all 3 dogs. They look great, smell even better. Her handling of my dogs was awesome. Only if I keep her as my groomer will I continue to use this service.
Fritzys needs to realize in today’s economy it’s a luxury to get your dogs or cats groomed. Pay attention to not overbook. I know some patrons that are reoccurring customers feel they should be VIP and cut someone else’s time. All your customers should get equal treatment. Our four legged babies are just as important.
Joni Thank You for being such a beautiful groomer. We went mobile after the death of our dog at a groomers who couldn’t explain why. I trust you with my babies. I hope others hired here get a beautiful person like you. Patient and great personality.
