Forum Snowboards

I agree with the other user. Forum has great customer service. I needed a replacement toe ladder strap, wrote to their customer service team and the part was in the mail less than 2 days later.
Much better than Ride customer service from my experiences. Both make great products, however I find the Forum bindings more comfortable.
Don’t look at reviews mentioning broken ladder straps as negative knocks on Forum’s quality. It’s surprising only one of the straps have broken with all the years and use these bindings have been through. I couldn’t be happier. (I had to replace 2 of the straps on the Ride bindings anyway :)

When the ladder strap on my Forum Recon bindings fell off one day, I spent a good 5 hours going to a bunch of snowboarding shops to find a replacement, but no luck. The next day, I decided to call the company service line to see if a replacement was possible. I didn’t call them at first because I assumed it would be a painful wait & warranty check type of call. I could not believe how easy it was to get the replacement. They asked me what was missing, the type of bindings, my shipping address, and then told me the replacement would be sent out within 48 hours. The phone call took two minutes and I am extremely satisfied.

As young snowboarder I often looked up to Peter Line and the illustrious «Forum 8» team. They drove my desire to get better, ride more and just have fun with the sport. Peter Line turned out to not only be a great boarder, he was also a good businessman turning out Forum Snowboards and 4 Square Distribution. After my first Burton I bought myself a Peter Line pro model and started pushing myself, riding more and more days each season. The boards are solid rides with a traditional wood core and their bindings although not the lightest provided great interface to the board. I always found them feeling quite similar to the Burtons and now Burton has officially pulled Forum into their empire. Forum still operates as it’s own division and they continue to put out product under Burton’s wing.
