Flip masters Grill and Kabob is a gourmet, Persian food truck business proudly serving the Orange County area. We take the freshest, finest ingredients and combine them with our expertise in preparation and cooking traditional food. Creating delicious, healthy Persian cuisine for our customers to enjoy again and again!

History

Established in 2014.

Founded by two friends in April, 2014. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and strive to ensure our valued customers feel they receive quality, gourmet dishes at reasonable prices. We visit our customers at their office spaces, community living complexes as well as attending regular gourmet food truck meet ups and special events such as health fairs, festivals and private parties in the Orange County community.

We had one of each of the kabobs, Chicken, Lamb and Beef and they were all so delicious and fresh tasting. If you see their truck don’t hesitate to try any of their food it’s guaranteed to satisfy any craving you have!

Every Wednesday, our apartment company hosts a food truck in each different community of the neighborhood. Because I work late, I never get to experience some of the ones that are here. Tonight, I was able to get home early and have dinner at Flipmasters. OH. MY. GOSH! Their food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken kabob and was blown away at how flavorful it was!
The two girls working the truck were great, and they were quick. I’m full, and happy! Thank you so much Flipmasters! I’ll definitely be coming back!

The chicken kabob gyro was excellent! If I wasn’t so full, I would’ve ordered another! Tried them at Noble the other night and was impressed. I met the nice owner who seems to care about serving up good food. The chicken was clean, very tasty, and the secret sauce was very satisfying! Their name made me think it was a burger truck (flipping burgers?) but what a pleasant surprise! Can’t wait to try it again. I hear they’re at Noble quite a bit, so what a good pairing that is! See you guys again soon!

Gotta say this is a good truck I look for. The kobedeh is a little spicy and the chicken kabob is nice a mellow and tasty. This is all their own recipe. It’s pretty obvious. There’s nothing generic going in here. If you want original flavor, go here!

This truck has some pretty legit food. We were lucky enough to have them come to our apartments. I ordered the lamb kabob and it was great, big portion of meat, very flavorful, super fresh veggies. My roommates ordered the poutine and the portions were pretty huge, definitely sharable. The people who ran the truck were friendly and checked in on us. Both the food and the customer service were great which earned a five stars from me.

I tried the lamb and chicken kabob, it was overpriced and no flavor what so ever, $ 10 for a small sandwich is not right, not to mention no taste at all.

I will dream of their chicken kebob gyro! The spices, the dressing, the super fluffy delicious bread, YUM. My husband got the beef poutine which was good as well, but the gyro was where they really shined.
We found this truck at the Great Park during the Farmers Market 9am-​2pm. Great find that we will go back to!

I got to enjoy this food truck as it stopped by my workplace a couple of Thursday’s ago. I liked the option to eat some Gyros but also to pair it with Poutine fries! They also had some Mediterranean music playing to give a cool vibe.
The lady working the truck was really nice and hooked me up with my own version of the combo they were offering. Let’s just say I got to have my chicken gyro sandwich with poutine fries for a pretty fair deal. Both items were tasty and delicious and a good portion size.
I’ll be looking forward to them coming back again as I’m not always able to get this kind of food and I really liked the flavor of the meat as well as the poutine. Nice service and fun experience.

Ordered the Beef Shish Kabob, Koobideh Kabob, Sausage Wrap, and Poutine (gravy and cheese fries).
Food was OK; not spectacular.
Beef Shish Kabob is described as top sirloin steak, however, i thought the texture was more like beef shank.
Family and I all tried the Sausage Wrap which is described as a Polish sausage, but we all agreed it tasted like a slightly greasy hot dog.
It was my first time trying Poutine and I really liked this. The fries covered in gravy and cheese were delicious.

Had the koobideh wrap. Without the hot sauce you can add this is a pretty dry sandwich. Overall I’d say it was fine. Added poutine and this would have hit the spot if 1⁄3 of the fries weren’t cold.

This truck is amazing! The food is so fresh and the service is amazing! After I was given my food the guy came out to give me extra sauce and napkins without me having to ask. Then he checked back on our group to see if we were enjoying our food and trust me we were. I’ll definitely keep my eye out for this gem again!

This was my first time trying Persian food. I ordered the beef koobideh for my husband, chicken kabob and the poutine fries for me. I absolutely loved the chicken kabob. It was so tender and full of flavor. Not to mention the poutine fries, covered with gravy & cheese, I never thought that this combination would be so yummy. You will not be disappointed when you eat their food. I will definitely be back with a Persian food craving, waiting to be satisfied.

Absolutely puts most brick and mortar Mediterranean joints to shame.
I highly recommend the beef kebab wrap… it’s a steak dinner neatly wrapped in thin bread, dressed with a delicious tangy sauce and aromatics.
Flippin delicious stuff, will be back to try others on menu. Five stars

They visited the business park I work at and I like Persian food so I gave it a try. I got their $ 10 combo for the chicken kabob and fries. Overall am very satisfied the kabob was juicy and hot with a nice sauce and the fries were hot and crispy. The employees in the truck were very friendly and nice; and the food was very solid.
I see some negative reviews for this truck on this page; and my two cents is food truck food and restaurant food should be judged slightly different since they are cooking in a truck and not a industrial kitchen. So it’s not quite fair for some to compare the two.
Overall if they came back to the business park I work at, yes I would go again and get the food.

I tried to order regular french fries but was convinced I should try the Poutine and was told I was setting other Poutines in my life up for failure. He was right. This was delicious… best thing I’ve eaten in weeks. And it wasn’t made with beef gravy so fellow vegetarians are safe! So good… if I’d had the ability I would have ordered and eaten two!!!

Just tried this for the first time at the food truck meet in the Best But parking lot in Fullerton. It was so delicious! My bf and I ordered the beef shish kabob, koobideh kabob, and the poutine fries. The beef chunks in the beef shish kabob was so tender and juicy. The ground beef in the koobideh was so tasty with tons of seasoning giving it so much flavor. The gravy poutine fries was also very tasty. The pitas were so soft, and the veggies in the wraps were so crunchy and fresh. I definitely will be coming back for this truck!

I stopped by «Valiant» to have a few drinks, the Flip Masters food truck was parked out front, I wasn’t too hungry but I wanted to order something, the wraps looked really good, but I decided on the Poutine fries it was chili, cheese and gravy, they were excellent. The young lady even brings your food to your table, her name by the way is Sayeh, she is a very sweet, kind person. I told her I would be back next time their around, so I could try one of those wraps.

Awful. Just awful. And I am not only talking about the prices. The chicken kabob lacked any kind of flavor and was filled with bits of chicken (dark and white). No consistent flavor. The only good thing was the pita. Forget about ordering the fries, they came from a bag of frozen fries from the grocery store and weren’t fresh at all.
Has potential but they need to adjust pricing to match the food quality or keep prices and up the food quality.
