Dave and Patti have put together a good business in a tough area.
Maintenance companies are a dime a dozen and you get what you pay for. It is not a glamorous business and people expect the world in exchange for a pittance. The hardest part is providing excellent service when you know it isn’t appreciated.
We have worked with them for over fifteen years. There are issues now and again, it is to be expected. The difference and the reason we stay with Executive Maintenance is that when they/​we have an issue it is handled without complaint. They are accessible, they care and they appreciate us as a customer.
