Henry is a decorated, FAA Gold Seal Flight Instructor graduating many US Army Aviation Helicopter Pilots as an Airplane Pilot when working near Fort Rucker Alabama at Enterprise Airport.

Henry shares his technical knowledge with every Device Repair Customer who wishes to know more about their devices. Many call Henry «Master Device Instructor» at Device Repair. He loves to service and teach!

Wow! I wish I had found these guys a long time ago. Henry is so friendly and honest. I came in to get a repair done on my Macbook Pro. I should mention he accommodated me so I could drop off my laptop and pick it back up within 2 hours because I use my laptop for work every day and can’t be without it. The talented and also friendly Kam did my repair. To top it all off, after I took it home I thought maybe there was still an issue so I called and asked if I could drop it off the following day for a second look. Kam accommodated me to double check the repair and return it back to me same day. He walked me through the technical process and assured me the repair was solid. He even provided me with alternative solutions to my concerns that would be an easy fix and save me money. He was extremely honest about what would and wouldn’t be recommended… best part is he didn’t charge me for the extra work I had him do. I am very satisfied and will be returning here if I ever need any other device repairs. I will also be telling all my friends about them!
Bottom line: honest business, affordable prices (I checked a lot of competitors, all of which quoted me at much higher prices), great customer service, professional work!

I’ve used the guys (Henry and Fred) at Device repair on 3 different occasions. I keep going back because of the trust relationship that has been established and because the service has always been excellent. I recently needed a hinge repair on my laptop, parts were not available, even so, they came up with a hinge repair that completely solved the problem and got my computer back to perfect again. Service is great, prices are fair, its and easy recommendation, these 2 guys have always solved my computer issues in the most professional way. Thanks so much.

Definitely an honest establishment! I went here to figure out what was wrong with my PC and got it tested for free. I didn’t get any work done that day and was able to take my PC home without any charges.
Came back a few days later with my parts and got everything fixed within a few hours. Would definitely recommend this place if your PC needs fixing. These guys are very upfront with what work needs to be done and how much it will be.

Had really good service here! sadly cracked my laptop screen which was also a touch screen. I called a bunch of places which qouted me really high prices.
Came here for reasonable price and there was a fluke with a part I had ordered, so the owner ordered another part and covered the difference and even gave me a discount of the service. Really nice people, they totally understood the nightmare i was going through lol and was very accommodating.

5 stars! I’d give 10 stars if I could! My Samsung 5 was seriously destroyed, I thought there would be no hope! I dropped it off on my lunch break and picked it up on way home and it looked like a brand new phone. Their prices were extremely reasonably and lower than others I got quotes from and most importantly they are VERY friendly! I highly recommend this establishment to get your phone fixed!

$ 80 Labor was what I was told but ended up being $ 160 because they bought all new parts for my repair.
Which is understandable but I didn’t get any updates for like two weeks so I didn’t even know that I was going to be paying that much more.
Repairs are well done, just that communication could have been better.

Henry is one of the nicest and most patient people I have met. Especially in the tech world where people will try to squeeze every last dollar out of you, he is an honest who isn’t trying to scam you. He makes sure his customers are fully satisfied and will not stop until you are happy with the job his technicians have done.
My laptop had more than just screen damage and instead of charging me even more to fix all damages, he helped me find an alternative solution which left me with a brand new laptop. He worked with my insurance to make sure that nothing even came out of my pocket.

BOTTOM LINE– stellar service, shockingly rapid repair, and for a reasonable price. Absolutely sure that there is no better place for any device you might need repaired. The classical music played inside the shop was very pleasing to hear esp. when I was not very happy about the state of the 3 important items I brought in to be fixed. The patient and professional manner of mr. Henry inspired hope that I might actually have found a proper place. Turns out I did just that.

Higher price than most for repairing an iPhone 6+ screen (most charge $ 120 and some charge $ 110 for glass only screen repair but they only offer glass and LCD component together which is $ 149, in line with others’ prices). They did reply to my quote request after a couple days though. Skipped them as a result of the price.
* editing my review to reflect that they charge the same price as most for the glass and LCD together, but they do not offer the glass only repair which is cheaper. They sent me a few messages asking for me to remove the review and to explain that they use the most expensive component so there are no dead spots on the touchscreen. However, their competitors off the glass only at a lower cost and with a warranty.

I could not have left this place any happier! I had cracked my iphone screen and wanted it replaced on a Friday evening. I was going out of town that night so I was in a hurry. Not only did they have the best price (and I called a few places in the area), but they were also able to fix my phone right away. The owner was very friendly and showed me that they use high quality products. I highly recommend them and will go there again if anything else happens to my phone.

my keyboard was fixed perfectly and it looked like a new one. My fan is quieter than before and it is pretty clean now…
Although it took me one week to wait the keyboard because they did not have one in their store and they had to book one，the work was still excellent…

I was so impressed with this shop I had to write a review. I took my Fujitsu scanner in for repair and no charge for diagnostic. They were honest and told me the cost for the parts were pretty excessive and probably not worth me paying. They quoted me within 24 hours. This is an honest business and I would recommend to all my Orange County friends. If you want a trusted repair of any of your office equipment, Device Repair is worth the drive.

I had water damage on my iPhone and had a business meeting and came here. Henry walked me through the process and gave me pricing options. Opted to get the faster one which cost me 89 before taxes but I got a brand new screen, cleaned phone and new stabilizer. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I really like how he operates and is upfront with everything. Very honest business and the price was worth it.

I won’t lie — I’m always skeptical of taking any of my devices to a «repair person.» You know Best Buy had Geek Squad and the best they did was rip you off.
Henry and Device Repair — they’re like your local tailor, the family-​owned restaurant or the friendly cleaners, except they repair your devices for a fair price. Henry is honest and friendly, but that doesn’t mean he’s not a professional. His staff looks at your stuff and you’re good.
I brought in my iPhone, all cracked with a broken LCD screen. I thought she was a goner, thinking I needed to buy a new phone. Nope, Device Repair had it done before lunch even started. It felt like I just bought a new phone because everything was so clean looking and crisp. He even threw in a phone case for me, free of charge.
Don’t get screwed at the Apple store… Henry and his crew at Device Manager will have your things ready with a short turnaround. Simply awesome.
