As a Certified Negotiation Expert, my focus is on making buying or selling a home a stress-​free process by acting in a timely, professional and flexible manner to accomplish my clients’ goals.

In addition to treating my clients with the personal respect and quality service that they deserve, I’ve made it a priority to focus on giving back to the community and helping the less fortunate. I actively participate in the Irvine chapter of the National Charity League, a volunteer organization dedicated to community service and philanthropy, and enjoy delivering Meals on Wheels.

We are glad we had Debbie as our agent when selling our Woodbridge Condo this summer. She had provided sound advices, setup abundant internet advertisements on top of excellent printed materials, photos, write-​ups, … etc. We in particular appreciate her proficient and diligent working style, for example, she in very responsive in emails and phone calls, quick in taking actions, knowledgeable and always bring documents to us for signatures rather than us going to her office. Furthermore she is very friendly and very easy to work with. It is no accident that she is one of the top agents in Irvine, especially in Woodbridge area.

I want to write a lot, but i would keep it short. My experience with Debbie has been fabulous in the process of buying a home recently in Irvine. Here are a few points i would like to highlight about Debbie Sagorin.

2. She always guides you as a friend, provides all the necessary information to you and always leaves the decisions to you.
3. She is very prompt as well as punctual and i didn’t have to wait even 5 minutes during home showings. She is always respectful and listens to you requirements and concerns sincerely and acts upon it.

I hired Debbie to sell my condo in Oak Park, Irvine and she was phenomenal! I interviewed several realtors and Debbie stood out as being the most prepared, most qualified, and most eager to win my business. Since I live in Northern California I needed someone that would literally do everything for me. She moved out my old tenants, collected keys, hired contractors to remodel, picked paint colors and furnishings, and much much more. All I had to do was say yes, no, and pay for the contractors. If I still lived in the area I would have her take care of everything just so I wouldn’t have to deal with it, and she is happy to do it, does it well, and knows how to get the most bang for your buck.
Communication with Debbie was solid from start to finish, and she was excellent with text messages and emails, which is very important with everyone’s busy lives these days.
She hired a professional photographer to take beautiful pictures of my home and the surrounding neighborhood, blasted the listing on hundreds of websites, and emailed brokers and clients to ensure everyone knew of my home. And it worked… I had offers before the official open house, offers after the open house, and was in contract above list 5 days after going on the market.

I have worked with many Realtors over the years, and without exception Debbie is the best. She understands the market area and she is very realistic about her recommendations. She marketed my home very aggressively and it sold much quicker than I had anticipated. After the sale she stayed engaged in every element of the process until it was concluded. If I ever have to sell another property, I would not bother to interview any other Realtors. One thing that make Debbie stand out is that she doesn’t sugar coat or beat around the bush. If you want a Realtor who will give you the straight scoop (whether or not it is what you wanted to hear) she will deliver.
