History

Established in 2006.

Our company is the Irvine location of the Computer Troubleshooters franchise network. Our mission is to help identify and solve technology problems faced by everyday people: residential consumers and the small business /​home business user.

The fact is, most small businesses fail. One of the most common reasons for failure is inadequate infrastructure management. Often, small businesses are started because their core product or service offering matches the interests and skills of the founder. While it’s important that the business owner understands, and hopefully enjoys, the core products and services of the business, it is not enough. Running a business includes many different skills and many different tasks, and it is not possible for the owner to spend time growing the business while also undertaking all of those tasks personally.
