The flowers I ordered were sent the same day ordered and the bouquet was beautiful!

Extremely dossapointed with their service. Daughters prom was today. I ordered a symple boutineer from the hurried lady on Thursday for pickup on Saturday at 12pm well in advance of the pictures she was about to take on this special day. I go to pick up at 2pm and not only told that they dont have my flower arrangement ready but that they have no record of my transaction. After busting out my call log along with my online banking statement showing the transaction the supposed managed finally changed her tune from «there is nothing that I can do for you to it will take 30 minutes since I have so many people ahead of u». Livid does not describe my frustration. On top of everything my daughter is crying in backtound about missing her pictures. I’m not usually soneone who posts like this but the un professionalism displayed and shear lack of consideration for the customer made me feel compelled to warn orhers. This is the 2^nd bad experience I have had. First being 6 months ago having wrong flower at pickup. No three strike rule hear. Two strikes is enough for me to never return. Sad since I met the owner when they m9ved in n seemed like such a nice place. Buyers be warned.

The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the expected date, they were a day late and they did not arrive during the specified time frame. Will not order from here again.

Absolutely the worst place to ever order flowers. Mothers day flowers never made it to me after daughter placed order two weeks before Mother’s Day. After following up with 3 different individuals got a live store person who asked do you want the flowers delivered today or a refund? No sorry your mothers day flowers never made it. Don’t order from this company. They don’t care. And have no customer service If I could give a negative star rating I would.

They shipped quickly and right on time Im happy about that.

I placed an express delivery order for my friend and she had it HOURS later. Conroy’s delivered a beautiful orchid to my friend for her birthday, and she was so excited. The process was fast and easy, I did everything online. Conroys sent me updates to track my order, and communicate to me when my flowers were delivered. Thank you, conroys !

I’ve ordered online and in person and I’ve never been disappointed. The flowers have always been fresh and delivery has been on time every time so far. I typically order online to have flowers delivered to my wife at work.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in asking if I could place an order and pick it up a few days later. The girl said that I should come in for the day I need it. No problem. Except I tried going into the store for the day I needed it and they weren’t open. This was at about 4 o’clock and they are supposed to be open until 6. Gave them a call to see why they were closed. Very helpful Alicia from Newport’s location answered and talked to this location’s manager to found out why they were closed. Apparently the girl who was supposed to be there didn’t show up so the manager closed the shop. That is absolutely not how you run a business. I hope they know they lost a customer. I will never EVER come here again and I hope no one else does either.

They offer a great service. I will definitely go back.

I wanted to send my wife some flowers… just because. I put the order in a day in advance. They still could not deliver in time. So they missed the delivery window and my wife never got anything… i called like 3 times got 3 different people and they still could not get the flowers there. super huge fail… she was supposed to get a nice delivery… enjoy at her desk… nope…nothing.

The delivery was perfect! It was delivered in the beginning part of the window they gave me. The only negative thing was the actual flowers. When my wife brought them home, the vase was bigger than the whole bouquet of flowers. It was like I payed more for the vase than I did the flowers. When I ordered them online, the picture of the bouquet of flowers looked bigger than the vase. Not the case when I saw it in person. If I knew the dimensions of the flowers compared to the vase when looking at them online would have assisted me with picking a different or the right bouquet of flowers. Pretty disappointing!

I have not purchased from this store however i did receive flowers from someone who purchased here and can definitely speak to the quality of the product. WOOOOOW what a beautiful arrangement this store put together, unique and gorgeous! They really have an eye for floral arranging! I received these flowers thursday and today (sunday) they look just as fresh and lovely as they did the first day i got them.

Went in last minute to pick up flowers for my mom’s birthday — the flowers are beautiful and the sales associate was super friendly & helpful!

I ordered a purple orchid arrangement online around noon and needed them delivered by 4pm, the same day (on a Friday!) in Newport Beach. Not only did they make the delivery on time, but the orchids were simply spectacular. I’ve ordered from lots of different florists in SoCal in the past and I’ve learned that the best that you can hope for is that the flowers look as good as they do in the website’s picture. These far surpassed that. There were at least twice as many flowers as the pic and the size was roughly double.
My lady was just as thrilled as I was, but was worried that I spent too much because she was so blown away. Thanks for making me look good, Conroy’s.

ordering online was easy. I am 2 hours ahead and my mom lives and works in Irvine, so when I ordered the store wasnt open yet. Same day delivery is very convenient and fast. I called to confirm that the store received my order, and the gal I spoke to was more than happy to confirm that they received my order and was able to deliver it to my mom for her birthday shortly before she left for the day. I will definitely continue to order from this location for any of my flower needs.

I was picking up a single rose for a date a few weeks ago on a Friday. Thought she was about to close, she unlocked the door for me. She didn’t rush me. I made my decision and she wrapped it for me very nicely. She was patient and did a neat job.
But it was weird that she locked the shop at 7:45pm…

this flower shop is beautiful and the workers are nice and speedy! The flowers are beautifully made and they are all nice. They are all on top of their job and they were busy but nice enough to help me out.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!
If I could give negative stars I would! My boyfriend ordered roses to be delivered on my birthday at work before I left and he was guarantee they would get there by 5:00 and they showed up to deliver after I had already left to go out of town. They could’ve delivered them anytime during the day but failed to do this. It also was not a holiday or busy time. When he did call them and was upset they did not even offer him any consolation for the mishap he had to press the point that they should do something to make up for their mistake in not meeting their stated guarantee. I suggest that you do not use this location because it definitely needs new management and their customer service skills are horrible as are their guarantees… the Conroy’s name is definitely wilted and tarnished!!!
