Founded in 2000, Click Consulting Inc. is a full-​service technology consulting firm that specializes in tech support, web and application development, and training. Based in Seal Beach, Calif., the company currently offers IT (Information Technology) support to the southern California region, including Orange County, Calif., and selected areas of Los Angeles County and San Diego County. The firm provides web and application development on a national level, to companies of all sizes, ranging from small business firms to Fortune 200 enterprise clients. In addition, it offers training services to customers across the United States.

History

Established in 2000.

Click Consulting was founded by Jeff Lenning, CPA in 2000 after he realized that he could help accountants learn how to optimize their businesses using technology. He taught them how to master Excel and Access and then quickly realized they needed help with web development, technical support and network support.

Click Consulting quickly expanded outside of the accounting market and now serves a wide range of clients. We started by serving small companies, like a local law firm or an underground piping company, with web design services and network support and over the last few years have started working on much larger projects as well. We serve a number of Fortune 500 companies by training their staff or doing business intelligence projects, providing expertise they don’t have in house.

Business Owner

Jeff is in charge of the day-​to-​day management and operations of the company. He is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and trainer, and provides Microsoft Excel and Access training to enterprise clients and provides continuing education to CPAs on technology related topics including Excel and Access. The Journal of Accountancy and other publications have featured many of his technology related articles. Jeff is heavily involved in the accounting profession. He is the chair of the the California CPA State Technology Committee, the chair of the California CPA OCLB Chapter Technology Committee, a Board Member of the California CPA OCLB Chapter, on the California Society of CPAs Council, and an instructor for the California CPA Education Foundation.
