Our cookies are made with fresh eggs, creamery quality butter, imported and domestic high grade caco, naturally dried fruits, perfectly roasted nuts and the highest grade bakery flour. You will taste the difference in Cookie Time’s quality which has no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

History

Established in 2013.

Cookie Time is made in small batches from scratch to order. Christine has been perfecting her cookies for the last 15 years. Come by for a free sample at Farmer’s Market located at the Great Park (Sunday) and Peter’s Landing– Huntington Beach (Saturday).

Christine began her career in baking 25 years ago, when she first worked at a local bakery while going to college. Her passion for cookies remained and Christine had so many request for her cookies from friends and family that she decided to make cookies for the local Orange County folks.

We were at the Great Park farmer’s market just as the vendors were packing up, but Christine still gave us samples of everything. Since we were so late, we just got small pieces that don’t do her cookies justice. We bought chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies. Christine uses high quality chocolate (Guittard and Ghirardelli) in her cookies, and you can taste it. Even the next day, and after we’d carried them around the park in the heat for a couple hours, they were still soft and delicious. The prices are also really reasonable; you can get two packages with two big cookies each for $ 5. I’ve paid much more for cookies that weren’t nearly as good.

Love her cookies, especially white chocolate macadamia nuts cookies are the best! I feel comfortable giving her cookies to my kids since she uses less sugar, oil and no preservatives.

Seriously the best cookies I’ve ever had. I know that sounds like I’m over exaggerating but they were that good. My mom and I tired every sample, every sample piece was so rich and flavorful. And when we went home with the chocolate brownie, it was mouth watering. I am addicted to Christine’s Cookie Time cookies.

Her cookies are so yummy! I can’t stop eating the whole bag in one setting!!! They aren’t too expensive for cookies, compared to The Cravory in San Diego. They are less oily too. You can tell these cookies are made with good ingredients (the macadamia cookies have whole macadamia nuts in them!).
Only down side is she keeps running out of cookies each week at the farmers market. She is so nice, she kept apologizing for running out of cookies. She gave my husband and I samples of all the flavors. They all tasted great! Although I like the chocolate brownie cookie, I don’t think I can eat one whole cookie — too rich for my taste. But if you love chocolate you must try it! It’s made with very expensive chocolate! My favorite is the oatmeal cookies! I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture of it =x

I love Cookie Time’s cookies! I was at the Great Park Farmer’s Market and had to try a sample of the Snickerdoodle (my boyfriend tried the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut). They were amazing … So we bought both! :) Christine (the owner) also sells her cookies for catering/​in-​bulk for events; I’m placing a large order for a party that I am having soon. I have a sweet tooth, so I will definitely be back for more — many, many times!

I tried Christine’s cookie at the Irvine Farmer’s Market and I loved them. My favorite are the chocolate biscotti and the chocolate chip cookies. The cookies are homemade and taste great. We recently order a tray of cookies for my daughter’s birthday party and the girls loved them. Thank you Christine.
