Beyond disappointing. There was SO much stuff we discuss, and on our contract, that was not done. I could’ve cried with how much of a let down the flowers were– biggest regret of my entire wedding.

I came to the store to get some flowers for my girl friend, and the employee that assisted me was so kind and really helpful.
I think the majority of business is for larger, event-​type orders versus drop-​in customers, but I can’t say enough about how kind the owner/​employee was towards me.
I would definitely go back!

I have gotten flowers from CLD before and I have always been so happy! They have amazing arrangements. Well On Valentines Day my husband blew me away with some flowers! I was SO super excited.
I noticed that some of the roses in the arrangement were already past their prime. and had to remove them a day later BUT…
My husband called their customer Service and they sent me a brand new arrangement a week later (per my husbands request) This arrangement is even more amazing and just the way I remember all their flowers to be :)
Yes they are a bit pricey but these outshine ANY $ 39.99 special out there… way better quality than any other florist in or around the area! Keep up the beautiful work! Thanks so much! A++++++ all the way!

Searched local florist to deliver the same day, this was the 3rd one on the list that actually said YES. She was very helpful in the choices and what to put on the card… Will use them again, my wife loved the flowers and pointed out she used you guys before… She said you guys are the best!

My Mom used the word «Spectacular» to describe her arrangement! I called and ordered an arrangement for my mom and described the nightmare I had with «Amy’s» Flowers in Irvine — don’t use Amy’s. Chris Lindsay rushed a bouquet to my mom’s within hours and my mom was blown away!

This place has no customer service skills and they never answer the phone. This flower shop is more expensive than other places and is not worth it!

This review is only for their customer service. I contacted them by phone to place an order of «Thank You» flowers for a local CEO who helped out our charity organization.
As soon as I introduced myself to place the order by phone, I was cutoff by the girl who answered in a rushed tone, «I’m on the phone right now, can you call back later.»
Guess they won’t be getting our business, and the CEO whose office is nearby and would likely order from them again if she liked the arrangement… she won’t be giving them any future business either. Too bad. Moving on to another floral shop.

I am an exceptionally happy repeat customer for a number of years. I simply describe generally what I’m after (i.e., what my wife likes), and they always come up with a spectacular, original creation. Not your mass-​produced assembly line arrangements, but beautiful designs that do what they should – say «you are special» to my beautiful bride. They may be a bit more expensive (I’m not even sure of that, for the quality), but in my book it is worth it.

I have never been so impressed with the quality, the execution, the design and the delivery that Leslie and her people provide me at Chris Lindsay. Every time I call she amazes my significant other with what she sends and it is always different. She has done an exceptional job making me look great with the amazing arrangements she produces and delivering it flawlessly. I don’t care how little or how much you want to spend this is the place to go. I will be using her services for years to come. She will be doing my «big day» next year as well. My boyfriend sent me an arrangement from Chris Lindsay on my birthday when we were first dating.
We are now getting married!
Perhaps it wasn’t because of the flowers, but WOW was I impressed. GORGEOUS orchids in a square glass vase filled with beautiful shells. I was taken aback. My grandmother (a member of the garden club) who had yet to meet my now fiancé was equally impressed.
When I commented on how truly unique the arrangement was to my then boyfriend, he discredited himself. He had simply got their name by calling 411!!! He was lucky and still is today!
I rarely send flowers to people around here, but I recently did so I called Chris Lindsay. The woman I spoke with could not have been kinder and more helpful.
Soon I will be calling them to see if they will do flowers for my wedding. :)

If you have a little cash to burn and you want to send an AMAZING arrangement of flowers, check out Chris Lindsay Designs. The creations that come from this store are absolute stunning and high quality. I’ve ordered several times on occasion, some on very short notice, but CLD always comes through! Whenever I send arrangements from here, the recipients comments always mention how everyone stops to admire it as well.
Loosen those purse strings, impress someone and show them how a real arrangement should look like. They’ll be blown away. I’ve only ordered and had arrangements delivered locally. Not sure if it is available for shipping.
