I started taking this class over a month ago to deal with stress relief through meditation and different forms of exercise. After one month I already see a large improvement in myself and stress management abilities. I hope future students will be able to obtain this same level of stress relief as I have.

I have been a member at Body and Brain since February 2014. I take three classes a week. The experience has been extremely positive. I have improved incredibly in my strength, in my level of spirituality and emotionally, I feel a sense of well being.
The classes are a nice combination of stretching, meditation and energy work.
Master Kim has a beautiful spirit and with ease he provides individual support to all members. He is supportive, while strongly encouraging members to push beyond what is comfortable for them, in order for them to grow and feel a sense of empowerment.
The experience at Body and Brain is an enlivening one. Every time I attend a class, I leave feeling and looking better. I highly recommend this yoga for anyone who is searching for both internal and external transformation.

I’ve been a member since August 2014. I came initially to improve my physical condition and breathing. Not only have I improved both but I have gained so much more on a spiritual and mental level. The center is clean organised and the energy is amazing. Each member receives such care and individualized attention. Couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I have been a member since 2008. I joined because of the need to improve my health condition. I am grateful for such an opportunity to learn an alternative way of caring for my self. Improving your health, breathing better, relaxing your mind, feeling joy are few of the benefits you get when you move your body. With this holistic approach of caring for your self you learn to have a positive outlook and most likely will make better choices. If someone tells me that exercise is good for me I will most likely believe them. If someone tells me that laughing is an exercise I will want to experience it to prove it. I discovered that you can act your way to feel happy. It is good energy. So with this program laughter is indeed the best medicine.

I have been attending classes here regularly for 5 months now and I love it. Friendly staff and awesome instructors especially Master Kim is amazing! The classes here are both fun and challenging at the same time for my body and mind. My body has gained more strength and flexibility than ever before since I joined here and I have even lost some weight without any diet! I also love the meditations they do here which make my mind feel more calm and relaxing. I always look forward to come to each class as I know I will feel more recharged with positive energy afterwards. I am so glad I found this yoga studio in irvine. Thank you Master Kim and everyone!

I love going to this yoga place and I feel so grateful that I found this place. Everybody here are very friendly and kind. Since the day I started Dahn yoga, I feel the change not only to my body, but also my mind. My stomach problem has reduce. I feel more calm, focus and peaceful. The most important thing is, I learn to live and breath in the moment and to be positive. I really enjoy the class. Thank you Master Kim and all instructors.

I have visited this center when I was traveling to South California. It has very bright atmosphere. I felt relaxed after the class and energized as well. I can not sustain my self well if I do not take regular classes, it helps me a lot in self-management. I would recommend any one who is local to try this center out.

I am grateful for Dahn yoga in so many ways. To name one, I used to get horrible migraines and had so much tension in my upper back. I had frequent massages, but the relief was only temporary. Once I started Dahn, within 3 months the occurrences of my migraines decreased immensely. AND the breathing/relaxation tools I learned in Dahn yoga helped me manage my stress better, so the tension stopped building up in my shoulders. Now I get massages to be pampered and not for pain relief. The center manager has an amazing heart and the members are great. This place is my sanctuary.
