We unfortunately broke down about 10 miles from my house we pulled the car over and started looking for tow companies I found choose this company because it was fairly close to where we broke down and reviews were good. Glad I picked them they were very polite, professional, and could tell me exactly when they would arrive plus you couldn’t beat the price. Will have to say if you are in need of a tow give them a call.

Wow! Loved the service I received today! First of all, lol… My car was parked in a parking structure on the 2nd level! Lol Thomas, the Man who came to my rescue, so very kindly pushed my car that would not start out of its parking space and all the way out of the parking structure with me in it to get it on his flat bed tow truck! I have pushed my car before and I could never do it alone. I mean, I know I am a girl but… damn! Talk about impressive! Lol anyways, the ride to my mechanics place was good too. We talked the whole time and it was definitely a pleasant experience. They were on time and the price was right. I will most definitely give them a call if I ever need their assistance again! Thanks a ton Big Time Towing!

I had to have my car towed today from Brea to Mission Viejo because of a mechanical problem. I was so happy when the driver, Thomas, showed up in a really nice, clean flatbed truck. He was so helpful and very courteous. He took care of everything! Thomas even made sure he got my car back to me as soon as it was fixed! Wow! I did not expect that kind of service, but, needless to say, I will be using Big Time Towing again and asking for Thomas!

My car wouldn’t start and called them to get a tow. They said they’d be there in 45−60min but ended up having to wait longer for them. The driver wasn’t friendly which usually isn’t a big deal to me, but he seemed annoyed that he had to come out to do this, dunno if it’s because it was hot out or what. They charged $ 75 cash for a five mile ride. I guess it could’ve been worse and they could’ve not shown up at all.

Couldn’t start my truck during lunch at work and called up Big Time Towing for a tow to a nearby mechanic. They showed up in 30 minutes and he was able to fix my truck on the spot! And asked for no money in return. Great company,

My car started making screeching noises so I immediately called Big Time Towing to take my car to the dealership. Manny and his brother were quick to come out and help me. Turns out something had become loose, no big deal, and he tightened it back in for me. They didn’t charge me anything at all even though I had them drive all the way out to where I was at. Thank you so much for being kind and helpful! I will 100% always call this company for towing!

My car would not start and I tried jumping it. Ruben’s in Dana Point highly recommended them to tow my car. They were very professional and polite. Showed up when they said they would and rather then just tow the car for the fee they trouble shot the problem and got it started for a low fee. I would recommend them anytime

These guys are impressive. My car refused to start this morning. The first towing company was too busy. These guys were available and said their truck would arrive in 40min. About 20min later, Dave called and said he’d arrive in 10min. So, they were early! Dave was friendly, professional and knowledgable. While they were a little expensive than I was expecting, I’d say they were worth the price given how fast, professional and friendly Dave was for me.

My car just die randomly on the road so I call a lot of towing company to give me an estimate price. But this one has a very good attitude and a cheapest price! So i tell them the location and they coming right away. Once they found me I feel they save my life!
It’s such a cold night and dark outside, I’m so scared but they make some joke and I have a really good experience.

Unprofessional liars.
First of all, it’s very hard to get a hold of them unless you call them 5+ times and leave a bunch of messages. If you’re under time pressure, don’t use them.
Secondly, they do not stick to the promised time frame. They will tell you they’ll be there in half an hour, you will end up waiting for them for 3+ hours.
Thirdly, they prioritize their convenience over providing service to you. They complain about their jobs. They whine about other towing companies. They complain about your service request.

Contacted Big Time Towing for a mid-​day tow from Mission Viejo to Huntington Beach. They were priced competitive and very good about setting up a time for pickup. When it came time for the pickup, Francisco was on time and maintained excellent communication.

Francisco was extremely helpful, arrived on time (within 30 minutes as stated), but best of all, he gave a nice discount for paying cash. I called 3 other tow companies that quoted prices which were $ 20 – 35 more for a 4.5 mile tow. Very happy that Big Time was listed on Unilocal

These guys are great! I had a flat and they got to me in less than 20 minutes. I didn’t have the proper spare so they towed me to American tire where I got them replaced. Really nice guys, and I would definitely use them again, but I hope I won’t have to.

I needed to get my car towed to an auto repair shop because it wouldn’t start and it wasn’t a battery. I called and asked for an estimate because I know towing can get expensive. The rate he gave me was so affordable I thought I had misheard him! I gave him the address of where my car was and where it needed to go and he was on his way. He made sure my car was very secure on his truck before he began driving.
What I also love is that it’s a family owned business. I DEFINITELY recommend calling them if you ever need a towing service!
