I ordered balloons for my wife and they were delivered the next day as promised. Beautiful arrangement. And now, more than a week later, all of the balloons are still in decent shape, even the latex. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises. Excellent service!

I needed a stellar balloon display for a birthday party and Balloonzilla did not disappoint! They were so easy to work with and didn’t mind that I preferred to communicate via email instead of phone. They delivered exactly what I ordered and it looked even better than I imagined, right down to the details. We had a giant balloon out front with a pretty, wide ribbon (their detail, I was pleasantly surprised), 100 ombré pink balloons in the entryway ceiling with ribbons hanging down, and a pink ombré dessert table backdrop. The dessert table backdrop was installed in minutes and really made the whole design come together. I will definitely be working with Balloonzilla again!

I have been using Balloonzilla for the past few years and I cannot say enough how blown away happy I am with Balloonzilla. The level of customer service is above and beyond. I first worked with Kristen to set up a 150 blue balloon delivery when I found out I was having a boy to fill the nursery and surprise my husband. This had to be done in a small window of time since I was at the doctor’s office at 3:00 and he would be home by 5:30. Not only did Kristen work to get it done on time, but the manager came and delivered the balloons since they had no delivery guys left. UH-​MAZING!!!
For my Baby Shower they provided the most beautiful 3′ balloons with tassels for the entrance and inside the room. Everyone loved the balloons and they definitely helped gave an added flair to the room. Thank you Kristen and everyone at Balloonzilla for always making our special occasions extra special.

They were awesome! Everyone there did such an amazing job from first contact to drop off and installation. I contacted them with only a few days notice to do any entire New Years Eve set up for a restaurant and they over delivered. The arrangements were beautiful and the level of customer service was unprecedented.

I received the most amazing surprise on my 22^nd birthday last week thanks to Balloonzilla! After returning home from the nail salon, I opened my bedroom door to hundreds (seriously, hundreds!!) of balloons, big and small, covering the floor and ceiling of my room! For the 2^nd year in a row, I contacted Balloonzilla to arrange for eye-​catching balloons for our firm’s exhibitor booth at a local conference. For the 2^nd year in a row, the customer service and the balloons were absolutely perfect! RAVE review for this business, their attention to service, their great and creative ideas, the fabulous and unique balloon displays and their on-​time perfect delivery! Looking forward to using them again next year for the same conference, and if I lived/​worked locally, I’d use them more often.

Ok… I had a specific budget, and wanted a Carnival color arch for my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party… Kristen knew how to work within my budget and bring my vision to life… Yay… My Husband was also impressed. Kristen suggested some really good ideas regarding the Arch that I wanted. I was a Happy Mommy, and all was well. I got my money’s worth… And a Beautiful Colorful Balloon Arch. Thanks again Kristen.
I gave a 4 Star because the delivery person was not as sincere as Kristen… She was all about getting her money and making sure it was CASH… I received a courtesy call upon the balloons being delivered… That was ok… But then… I was asked if i had CASH… I said absolutely, as agreed with Kristen, I have your CASH… BUT Then I asked a question about the Balloon… then I was told, whatever you ordered and discussed is what you will get… WOW WOW WOW…
KEEP IN MIND… I COULD HAVE EASILY SAID THE SAME THING TO HER… When she asked IF I HAD CASH! «Whatever I discussed with Kristen is WHAT YOU WILL GET»!!!

You can get more BEES with HONEY. I Don’t like money hungry business… it’s understandable you need to make money. But PLEASE make your customers feel like their happiness is what matter THE MOST… You will WIN in the END…

AMAZING. If you think that balloons are easy to use to decorate a party, you have no idea what you’re thinking! I knew that balloons are a simple task for parties, but for someone like me who was planning an event for 140+ people and didn’t know what to do with a helium tank, having Balloonzilla was so necessary and so helpful! Kristen was so quick to reply to all my email questions before the event and was very clear about what I could and couldn’t do with balloons.
They showed up to a very empty party area and within what seemed like 30 minutes, the whole place was decorated with the exact balloons that I had requested! Quick, friendly and very helpful!

Balloonzilla was great to work with and offered different suggestions for an engagement party. I finally decided on two of the large tassel balloons which were gorgeous and received so many compliments! My future daughter in law was so excited when she saw them. They were worth the spurge! They arrived on time and great customer service all around!

WOW! Such sweet ladies and such quick work! We called around 11:40 am asking for a helium tank to rent and they had it here in less than an hour! We do live pretty close, but it was still awesome that they were able to get it to us so quickly. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Amazing customer service! My event had to be unfortunately postponed due to rain and I emailed Kristen ASAP and she was able to change the reservation. Really accommodating. On the day of, the setup was tremendously and everything went smooth. The balloons looked really cool and definitely a nice touch to my outdoor event. Some of my participants even took pictures of themselves with the balloons. Highly highly recommended!

Marla at Balloonzilla was great! I ordered balloons for my daughter’s first birthday and they were exactly what I wanted! The staff is professional and on top of everything. They called on me when they were on their way just to give me a heads up. Next time I need balloons, I will def be using them again!

Excellent service and worked with my budget for my office’s Take your Child to Work Day program.
I needed them to arrive at 7:30 am, and they were there before me! The security guard almost chased them away. Luckily they called me, and I told them I was minutes away, let them into the multipurpose room and they set up the balloon pillars very fast, and was out the door in minutes.
They arranged a pick up time for the base and pillar bar, and never had to worry about anything.
Very professional, and responded to my email and calls in a prompt manner (usually within the ½ hour). Highly recommended, and I plan to use them again for more events.

I was planning a surprise 40^th birthday party for my husband and I was looking for balloons to accentuate and yet does not scream out the loud «Happy birthday». I was referred to them by my sister. At first glance, I was impressed with the different designs and it fit what I was looking for.
I actually attempted to contact them via email three times. First time was out of the blue type of email, second was similar but third time I went through the correct portal that states the subject exactly what I was looking for and Marla contacted me right away.
Marla was very prompt with responding to my questions and we were able to come to terms within couple of days. I just described that I wanted a centerpiece type design, the color theme, yet doesn’t scream out «happy 40^th birthday» and let Balloonzilla be the creative designer.
I was very pleased that they delivered the two centerpieces to the restaurant where the party was held. The centerpieces were beautiful and creative. Everyone was raving about the intricate design of the balloons especially the small balloons within the big balloon and the donut shaped balloon. The centerpieces were part of the conversation piece! My husband loved them and not to mention the kids too! I would definitely consider Balloonzilla for any future events.
