Worst customer service ever. Han the pharmacist is a racist and discrimananist she should be fired for her behavior. They mess up your pills and they are lousy people for running such a horrid business model. They need to care about people and not the bottom line. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Best albertsons store ever the main one I started going to besides the quail hill one but they both are great especially Michelle, she’s such an awesome person! Always had a smile and always gives such awesome customer service! Love her! Thanks Michelle! Glad you finally got your vaycay time

Thanks to Luis from freshdeli depertment he gives really nice service with a very polite attitud every time I go to get someting. With that caind of service is enyoiable to go shop.

Came here tonight to pickup some health and beauty items as well as my prescriptions, I had maybe 7 pharmacy items and tried to pay for everything at pharmacy on check out. I was told I had to pay for script there and then wait on a separate line for my off the shelf pharmaceuticals. I feel this is ridiculous and will take my business elsewhere.

This Albertsons is HUGE!
You should be able to find everything here! My sister lives right down the street and this is her go to store. I’ve noticed when I come in here with her we get much better service at the deli counter, they let us try tons of samples and don’t rush us (most locations don’t ever offer you samples)
I came back the following week by myself and the guy at the deli counter was in such a rush for no reason, there was no one else in line but me! I guess he was in a bad mood.
When in doubt bring my sister with you if you want excellent customer service! LOL!
This is one of the nicest and cleanest Albertsons ever but then again it is Irvine!

Found two bags of expired pretzels. Had to reach into the very back to get unexpired ones. Today is Sept 23, 2015. One expired on Aug 15, 2015 and the other was Aug 22, 2015.
The one in back expires Nov 28, 2015. These are not «made on» dates.

Always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, can be a bit pricey compared to other markets on some things. Jonathan in the deli was super helpful!

This store is way too expensive. You can find the same items at another store for much less. And the deli guy who wears glasses, he needs a lesson on customer service and to treat other with the same respect as the regulars that he sees everyday.

This is a great location with very friendly staff. Everyone is always so helpful but not hovering. The lines are never long, there is almost always a self check stand open and available. They have a very nice and large produce section, and there is usually someone there so that is nice. The gentleman that most recently helped me was able to cut a cabbage in half for me since that’s all I needed for my corned beef :) The parking is usually pretty good, being able to find a spot in the first three spots on a row almost every time.

Eww. Gross. Used to shop here. Not anymore. Staff is friendly, but only 1 lane is open during the day! Produce isn’t as fresh as other stores.

One of the groceries near where we live. Typical Albertson’s but has good variety. Its walking distance so its convenient for quick grocery needs.

So disgusted and thoroughly disappointed. Meat aisle has at least 10% old brown meat. Gross. The customer service definitely needs improvement also. Went there on thanksgiving and had to yell «excuse me» three times before the cashier who was deeply engaged in a conversation with the bag boy acknowledged me (with attitude of course). What a bummer considering I live down the street and this is my nearest store.

This Albertsons is huge. It also has an original Sav-​on still attached inside. I have discovered that this particular one carried the can Thai iced tea I have ever tasted. Words can’t express how authentic & fresh brewed it taste. You can taste the Nirvana in every can. They carry some wonderful items that can’t be found in Los Angeles, from delicious drinks, artisan crackers, & chocolates. I wish we really had markets in Los Angeles as well stocked & wonderful as such. Every time I am in town I come & stock up on the canned Thai iced tea’s.

In one of the more good-​looking building areas of the city, one can shop here for almost anything any other Albertsons offers, whether it be yogurt parfaits, avocadoes, or TV dinners. The prices are more or less the same as any other Albertson’s.
With a square structure next to one of the exits of their store, when one enters from the leftmost entrance next to their internal bank, it obstructs all of the merchandise behind it, and vice versa if entering to the rightmost entrance. Behind that square structure lies two Redbox terminals and an Amazon Locker as well as some of their employee bulletin boards.
This location does not seem to have a lot of people in it (most of those I see usually only come in for the Redbox) and the self-​checkouts are typically not occupied. There is always a lot of parking around the area.
Their yogurt parfaits are always reliable, unlike some other branches I visit.

This Albertsons always has everything I’m looking for, which is great! Whenever I’m here, it is never crowded.
My latest Albertsons trip was for ice cream. It was a couple weeks ago when they had that Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for $ 2.50/pint if you bought 4 or more. I walked out with 4 Ben & Jerry’s looking like the biggest fatass ever, but no shame. I was craving ice cream.
Their french bread here is so good. I don’t know what it is, but it is just so soft and moist. I like dipping it in my coffee.
The staff here is friendly and courteous.
There’s plenty of parking outside.

Thought I would come here out of convenience for last minute groceries since I live close by but turns out I was wrong…
Entered this Albertsons with my service dog (I have a disability) who had a harness on but not her regular vest since weren’t able to go home and grab it. It was also 80+ degrees that day and I did not like the idea of leaving her in the car.
I was immediately confronted by what seems like the store manager. He told me that pets are not allowed in their store and said my dog needs to have a red vest on (which we have) I told him that it is not required by law and requested that he read the ADA card I had on hand, he refused and was obviously plain ignorant to discriminate against people solely based on their appearance. It IS a federal offense to ask about someone’s disability and insist they have a certain type of vest/​gear on! I was questioned AND insulted again upon check out by the clerk who rudely asked me what type of disability I have and what my dog does for me. If I ever get the names of these employees, I won’t hesitate to report them!!!
Shame on YOU and YOUR Employees Albertsons!
You have made me feel completely inadequate and disgusted and I really don’t think I’ll set foot in this particular Albertsons again!

As I was eyeing the asparagus at the front display which is on sale this week, the lovely young man working the produce section told me to get it from his just-​delivered shipment he was wheeling out. Such a kind gesture that is much appreciated.
This Albertsons once again proved how kind the employees are.

Albertsons has a great selection but their prices are higher than Ralphs. I do my quick shopping here and bulk elsewhere. There’s never a line and the checkers are very friendly!

The atmosphere of this store is bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff here are friendly and pleasant; the produce staff are GREAT ambassadors (exceptionally friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and helpful; they exude positive energy)! Some members of the meat department are great, too!
As for the selection, Albertson’s doesn’t have the best selection of products, which results in me having to shop elsewhere to complete my grocery list. Sometimes, the vegetables are simply not attractive. We find that the quality of lunch meats has declined; they used to have a better selection.
Having a pharmacy in-​store is very convenient.
