Business Owner

John Webb was born and raised in Danvers, MA to an Irish Catholic family of 15 children. He and his wife, Joan, still call Danvers home today. He’s an active member of the local community and maintains strong relationships with his schools, St. John’s Prep and Boston University, respectively, where he played football.

Since starting Webb​Trans​.com in 2005, John has worked hard to deliver safe and reliable transportation services all across the region.

I used this limo service for the first time for my daughters Sweet 16 party. Andrew was so professional and accomodating when I was trying to plan the date. I had to make several last minute changes regarding the reservation and they made it happen. The driver was very nice to the girls. I would highly recommend this service for any occasion. The driver stated up front that she «never drives in Boston, but don’t worry, we’ll get there» and she indeed did miss two major turns and required navigation help from us, neither of us native to Boston, nor drivers in Boston. She also didn’t help get the luggage up the stoop, and with my daughter on crutches that had been the main reason I hired them instead of taking a cab. When I filled out the survey they sent, stating my dissatisfaction, there was no response. When I forwarded it a month later to Andrew Webb, he apologized for not seeing the first response and said he would look into it and get back to me in a few days. That was 3 months ago. I could have gotten to my destination much quicker with a taxi, with the same lack of luggage help, for about $ 35 instead of the $ 96.50 they charged.

The drivers are always on time and professional, the cars are always pristine and comfortable, and the reservation process is easy. AND it’s a great value. Can you ask for much else? My family has been using WebbTrans from the beginning and I can’t think of a reason we’d ever stop.

I have been traveling for years, and have found a variety of different ways to get to the airport. Each time I travel brings a different set of requirements/​demands based on how many days I’m traveling for. Sometimes it’s easiest to just park at the airport garage or Pre-​Flight Shuttle if you’re only traveling for a few days, but I’d never before used a limo service.
After my past experience, I feel very differently about how I will get to the airport in the future. I live in Beverly, and for a one way ride in a towncar it was very reasonable ($ 90) and for an SUV a little more expensive ($ 150), but totally worth it as I traveled for over a week and didn’t want my car to remain at the airport during that time.
The drivers were PROMPT, COURTEOUS, and even RESPECTFUL TO OUR FLIGHT DELAYS UPON ARRIVAL. Traveling is stressful enough, why add the additional stress of fighting traffic, directions, and parking instructions to some random spot, only to forget where it was by the time you’ve returned.
They even have an automated system that monitors the status of your flight to prepare for your arrival so that you don’t have to worry. Just get out of your car and look for the sign with your name on it and before you know it, you’re home.
I will definitely use them again in the near future.

We had Webb Trans to take our bridal party safely to the hotel after our wedding. I spoke with John to set up our reservation which took all of 5 minutes. He recommended the 14 passenger van which was perfect for our needs. Our driver Tricia Logue was awesome ! She arrived early, and was so friendly. She was patient and very professional waiting for the slow pokes in my party. She drove us with great care. I would recommend Webb and Tricia to anyone needing a ride. They will get you there promptly, safely and with a smile!

I made the mistake of giving a previous company out of Revere a second chance and what a mistake. I was so frustrated by the person on the phone there I told them forget the reservation and I called Webb which I have used before. Webb was prompt professional, answers all questions this is an A+ company no need to look any further for reliable company.

Webb Transportation is nothing short of awesome. I had business class sedan round-​trip service recently (last month) between two locations and these guys were great. Both of my drivers were amazing, prompt, and got me safely from point A to point B without any hassles. The reservations were simple, fast and incredibly well priced– John was very responsive to questions I had about service. The cars were newer models and incredibly clean. I had a business class sedan, but I can only imagine what the limousines are like! A++ I will definitely be contacting these folks for my Airport transportation in July. Keep up the stellar work!

for transport for my wedding. They have a very easy process for getting a quote and have very reasonable rates. It was also easy to plan out the stops for the day of the wedding. Webb Transportation Services is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. For our recent trip to Mexico, my wife tasked me with finding a car service to bring us to Logan, and back home a week later. I was a bit worried, as our last experience with a car service (see my other Unilocal review for Elite Worldwide) was a complete and total nightmare.
Booking was simple — I filled out a quote form online, got a call back the next day, and prices were very reasonable. The person taking my booking info even corrected me on my flight home arrival time (I accidentally provided a pickup time of our connection flight in Charlotte, not the landing time in Boston) — they check the flight info you provide and don’t just write it down and toss it somewhere! Webb even keeps tabs on your flight to make sure they are on time to pick you up!
Bernie, our driver both times, was really great. He was super friendly and clearly on top of things. Our apartment can be a bit hard to find — when we mentioned how surprised we were that he was waiting out front without calling to confirm the location first, his response proved to us how seriously Webb takes their job. «I looked around and noticed that there was only one place around here with the lights on, it had to be you» said Bernie with a smile at 5 o’clock in the morning. Likewise, upon our return back to Logan — the first message I had on my phone was a text from Bernie saying «welcome back to Boston, I’ll be at the gate waiting once you pick up your bags».
The car that we traveled in both times was a nice Cadillac sedan, shiny on the outside and clearly taken very good care of on the inside. «How was the trip?» Bernie says while handing each of us a water and getting ready to take us home.
All of these little things don’t sound like much — but they really do add up. Especially after being treated so poorly during our last experience with a clueless car service. My wife and I will be sure to use Webb in the future for any of our transportation services needs.
Adding it all up: Polite, friendly & courteous driver, On-​time service, and Reasonable rates. Nothing to fear here!
