Ed Dick at J Barrett was great to work with. We recently moved back to the area and were not planning on using a buyer’s agent since we had previously had less than helpful realtors in the past. After meeting Ed we changed our minds. Very early on it was clear to that Ed had a vast amount of experience and in depth knowledge of the local market. In the age of Redfin it may seem like the role of a buyer’s agent is diminishing, but as the market heats back up and the strategy of the offer becomes more important we found Ed’s experience and knowledge to be a huge asset and key to us getting our ideal property at a fair price.
