Drain Rite USED to be a reputable plumber. Now with the transition in owners you can rely on unreliable service. Called on Wednesday to get my kitchen sink snaked because it was running slow. Was told Saturday morning was the earliest it could be looked at and since it was still draining, slowly, that would work. I at that point even said if you are too busy perhaps you could give me a referral. Saturday he shows up says he doesn’t have the tools to do the job. Says he could do it on Tuesday. On Sunday drain stops completely causing flooding through the floor and ceiling into the basement. I call on Sunday asking for more immediate help. Call went unreturned forcing me to call yet again on that Monday. Save your time, money, and aggravation. Use someone else.
