All In A Jar is a website dedicated for foodies! Lead by Penny Porter — a foodie enthusiast, she will teach you the way to make and preserve your food starting from gardening to composting and canning.
All In A Jar is all about providing healthy alternatives to the usual foods we eat today that are laden with chemical preservatives. We aim to provide a healthy, creative preserved foods that every family will enjoy.
Penny Porter has been a foodie her entire life. Learned how to keep foods when she was just a child, she has been obsessed it ever since. She used that obsession and passion for bringing his friends, family and clients to experience what she has experienced in her journeys.
Interested in foodies? We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes for canning and preserving food. Each of our class will give you hands-on experience in making preserves, and we supply the tools you need. After the class, you will leave with your recipe and the skills and knowledge in preserving foods the right way.
Preparing and preserving your food helps you save time, money, reduce waste and eat health. Incorporating food preservation in your kitchen is a skill that is a worthwhile investment due to the many benefits it can give to your family.

History
Established in 2012.
Penny has always had a passion for food and playing in the kitchen. All In A Jar got started by Penny sharing jars with everyone and everyone saying, «I wish I knew how to can.» After hearing this over and over again. Penny thought may be I should start a school. All In A Jar has students that travel some distance to attend classes, they come from Santa Cruz, Sacramento, Modesto, Napa and from all over the Bay Area.
