We’re the only coffee shop in Iola! We offer free WiFi, homemade pastries, great coffee and espresso drinks, seasonal soups, fresh salads and wraps, homemade sides (potato salad, coleslaw, carrot salad), and friendly service!

History

Established in 2013.

Started in August 2013, Around the Corner Coffee Shop was started to create a sense of community with a big town feel in small town Iola. ATC has worked to create a menu that is pleasing to the eye, the tongue, and the waistline.

What a delightful find. This cozy little spot has coffee, tea and other drinks as well as salads and wraps. My salad was fresh and delicious, full of yummy pecans and cranberries. The gal running the place was so pleasant and inviting. She also bakes all the pastries on sale. Stop by when you’re in town!

I lived in the area for a few months and coming here kept me sane.
I would drop by for lunch about once or twice a week to eat a salad and chill. The portion sizes are generous. They make their own Ranch dressing, and it was delicious. They often buy fresh veggies at the Farmers Market for their specials.
The space is small and they don’t have a whole lot of options for coffee, but I really enjoyed coming here and will miss it.
Warning: this place is in an old building with stairs at the entrance. Not handicap accessible.
