Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I know nothing about cars, so I’m only reviewing the service I recieved. As soon as I got there I was greeted very kindly. I was told the names of everyone that would be working on my car which is a really nice touch of service. They got started instantly and worked on my car the whole time. Its more expensive than going to some place like Walmart but you get what you pay for, and I felt like the quality of service was well worth the price. I’ll be coming back next time.

I used to come here all the time for oil changes and service. I stopped coming here because (and maybe this is petty) they under inflate my tires. I have a 44psi on my tires — and they always set it to 35. So I leave and have to either swing by a gas station and re-​inflate my tires — or haul out the air compressor and do it that way.
Once I asked them if they could leave my tires alone — and explained that they always inflate my tires to 35 when I like them at their max which is 44. They said yes. Then I saw them go to each tire and mess with the pressure. And then the guy came up and was half way through telling me they set all my tires at 35 when it clicked in his head that I said not to touch them. Instead of saying — ‘Oops. Sorry — we will correct it’ he said — «We left your tires alone.» So he lied. And that is why I hadn’t been here in years.
Recently I was WAAAAAY over due for an oil change so I came back here. They inflated all my tires to 35 and seemed crabby that I would use a coupon I printed out from the web site.
I am not a fan of this place but honestly I don’t think they are much worse than any of the other oil change places. Yuck. Hate getting my oil changed.
