Pawn America

SHOPPER BEWARE!!! the inver grove pawn America has the rudest employees I have ever delt with and the mgr could care less… You have to wait 15 minuets or longer to get checked out and this happens went it’s not busy… there is never anyone at the register 5 or 6 employees walked passed us this evening and never even said hi. finally we got padro (if that was his real name) he was going to charge us a 1.50 for dvds when the sign right by his head said 99cents another emplyee told him they were 99 cents and all I said is you guys should be on the same page for pricing and padro turned and said I don’t have to wait on you with that I said fine don’t in fact get me a mgr. with that he went and got the mgr his name was tarnell and all he did was ring me up and didn’t say a word to me I, m sorry but this is uncalled for and I will go to corporate with this and beyond I wont rest until the whole USA knows about the treatment of customers at your igh location and how the mgr staff could care less. I spend a lot of hard earned money there and guess what not no more there are plenty of better places out there that will treat me with the respect a customer deserves.

This location is gigantic in size, it’s almost too large for the product available on the floor. Was on a quest for Rock Band games and didn’t fair too well but there is more variety here then I see at most PA’s.
