Fox’s Pizza Den is a casual pizza restaurant located near the middle of Intercourse, located on Center Drive, directly across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village. This location offers an all you can eat buffet(for breakfast(seasonal), lunch, & dinner), plus a full menu of pizzas, strombolis, salads, hoagies, appetizers, wings, desserts, and Coca-Cola products. The full service dining room has ample table seating, a takeout counter, and a dedicated ice cream counter offering several flavors of Turkey Hill Ice Cream with an outside takeout window(seasonal). After shopping, I stopped in at Fox’s Pizza Den recently for lunch. They were offering an All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet for($ 8.49 plus tax with drinks included), which I decided to do. The buffet offerings included 6 kinds of pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, spaghetti, sauces(tomato, marinara, meatballs, alfredo, cheese), mac & cheese, quesadillas, fries, 25 item salad bar, 2 soups(chicken noodle & tomato bisque), and dessert pizza(apple). Self serve drinks are included with the buffet(coffee and Coca-Cola Freestyle machine). Takeout buffet is also offered here. The pizza slices on the buffet were pretty good and fresh including the BBQ Chicken, Chicken Rancher, Deluxe, and Meat Supreme with a soft puffed crust. The spaghetti was cooked just right and the sauces were decent. The orange mac & cheese was very soft and mushy. The cheesy breadsticks had plenty of melted mozzarella cheese on the outside. The salad bar was stocked with greens, garnishes(no tomatoes), dressings(light options), cole slaw, grapes. The soups were piping hot and pretty decent. The apple pizza was hot and topped with plenty of big pieces of cinnamon apples. The baked cinnamon sticks were very sweet, coated with cinnamon sugar and icing. I made several trips to the buffet until I had enough for lunch. Overall, the all you can lunch buffet was a pretty good deal for only $ 8.49 plus tax($ 9 with tax), with similar buffet offerings and pricing to the Pizza Hut lunch buffet($ 6 lunch buffet plus drinks $ 2-$ 3). The service here was pretty laid back with the waitress periodically walking around the dining room clearing off used buffet dishes.
