Melissa is the owner and principle consultant for Ratliff and Associates Legal Nurse Consulting. Her clinical experience includes orthopedic, medical-​surgical, cardiac, critical care, and emergency room nursing. She also had many teaching opportunities and a variety of management responsibilities. This broad experience equips her with a unique ability to provide support for attorneys involved in cases with medical-​legal issues.
