We adopted a cat from them Sept 25th. The cat was actually dirty. She had ringworm and they didn’t feel the need to tell us either. I had to find out from our doctor because my children had these weird spots on them. I have 4 small children who all now have ringworm in several places thanks to this place. The worst of is, my son has 2 spots on his head and he has to take medication for the next 6 WEEKS to get it cured. Which this medication is hard on your liver and possibly could get yellow jaundice. He is only 9!!! I do not understand how someone could adopt out a dirty animal. I will never go anywhere this establishment ever again.

Was told to drop off dog between7:30 — 9. Showed right at 7:30 to find the place still closed. Immediately left. I’m not wasting my time when you can’t open your business as stated.

We took our Schnauzer to these people at 8:45 am. We were told he would be ready around 1:00. At 3:20 (they close at 4) we were told they had not had a chance to get to him and could not tell us a time he would be ready! And they were borderline rude. I will never use this place again.
