Shaun did an amazing job detailing our 10 year old SUV. He took time to remove all the dirts and dogs hair that were embedded in the seats and floor and after he was done the car looked brand new! He really did an incredible job. This was our second time having Shaun and we couldn’t be happier. We will call him again for sure.

I have had my car for five years and decided I wanted to get it detailed. I found Sean on Unilocal and he was very nice and friendly I was able to set up an appointment for the next few days. Once Sean got to my car he went right to work with all this BIG MACHINES Lol. My car looks Amazing just like brand new. My biggest concern was the dust and carpet cleaning in those hard to reach places but all of that is gone! I highly suggest Sean’s work it was great and I will be sure to go again if I ever need to!

Shawn did an amazing detail on my new but used car today. I had recently bought a used car from a private owner, and had decided right away that the first thing I needed was a full on detail so that not only did it feel new, but it looked new as well! I called Shawn the same day I picked up the car in hopes to be able to make a last minute appointment. However, he initially had informed me that he was all booked up until monday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t going to work for me and so we hung up and I went on looking but couldn’t find anyone who could do it the same day. About 10 minutes later Shawn called back and told me he would make it work!!! (I guess he heard the disappointment in my voice). He came to my apartment and took his time with my scion tc and really made it sparkle!!! Thank you so much Shawn!!! I feel like my vehicle is straight off the dealership lot! Till next time! Words cannot begin to explain how satisfied & happy I am that Shaun came to detail my car. It looks absolutely amazing & he brought my black paint to life. I had some form of paint residue from unknown object but he took the extra time to ensure it was removed and little things like that I appreciate. All & all a great guy, easy to talk to and set up appointment to provide full car detail as I did. Shampooed inside of car and has my car seats looking extraordinarily clean. I wanted to get my car detailed and went on Unilocal to find a place. Came across Xtreme Auto Detail and picked them as they had rave reviews on Unilocal and offered a Unilocal deal whereby for $ 95, you get a voucher for $ 125 worth of services. I contacted Xtreme Auto Detail and requested a quote for detailing my car. I was advised that the cost would be $ 150 total. I booked them, purchased the Unilocal Deal and they came the next day.
When it comes to their work product, the auto detailing/​wash that they did on my car was A+. They did an excellent job on the interior and exterior of my car. I am giving them 1 star because their behavior towards me when they completed my car was extremely rude and threatening to the point that I had to contact the Los Angeles Police Department to come to my home because the owner/​employee who had worked on my car was refusing to honor the Unilocal deal I had purchased and wanted me to pay him additional sums which were never discussed or agreed upon. He advised me that since he «was the owner,» he had no obligation to accept my Unilocal voucher and that I had a duty to tell him upfront that I had a deal.
On the Unilocal deal that I purchased, there were no stipulations that I had to mention the deal or that if the car was dirty, or etc., an additional fee would apply. There were no stipulations on this deal. The deal stated: «For $ 95, you get a voucher redeemable for $ 125 at Xtreme Auto Detail.» Very simple. My Unilocal voucher even states: Business Owner: Deal must be honored according to terms of voucher. No additional restrictions may be added at time of redemption.” Pretty clear terms and yet the owner/​employee who detailed my car refused to honor the deal despite having already been paid for and deducted from my account and was adding restrictions after the fact. I advised him that he should not offer Unilocal deals if he has no intentions of honoring them and that if he wants to add on rules and stipulations to his deals, he should do so on his deal offers so that buyer’s can be aware and know what they are getting into.
I had no choice but to contact the police when the owner/​employee of Xtreme Auto Detail threatened that he was going to keep my keys if I did not pay him in cash for the full $ 150 without using my Unilocal voucher. I advised him that when the police came, I would let them know about my keys.
The bottom line is that I do not understand why he offers a Unilocal deal if he gets upset when someone wants to use it. In addition to the Unilocal deal, I was going to give him $ 25 cash to complete the $ 150 price for the detailing and was going to tip him $ 25 cash for a job well done on my car. His professionalism and customer service skills were uncalled for and what should have been a smooth transaction ended up awful! After the police came and heard both sides, read the wording of the Unilocal deal, the police advised him that he was wrong. All this… after waiting over an hour for the police to come. I have never encountered such horrible customer service from a company. They do an awesome job and washing and detailing your car, but buyers beware if you want to use a Unilocal Deal offered by this company. At the end of the day and with police intervention, he accepted the Unilocal voucher and the $ 25 cash to complete the price of the detailing. I refused to give him a tip since he made me go through all of this and for his poor customer service skills.
FOLLOW-​UP TO OWNER’S COMMENTS:
He is incorrect that I got a free detail. Don’t know why he is using the term «gift card» when referring to a Unilocal Offer/​Deal. He DID quote me a price of $ 150 to detail my dirty car and when he arrived and saw the condition of it, he did not at ANY time advise me that there would be an additional charge due to the condition it was in. He is misleading and incorrect that I got a free detail. I purchased a voucher from Unilocal for $ 95 which entitled me to $ 125 worth of services and I paid him the difference of $ 25 cash for a total of $ 150 (fee for auto detail). A simple look at his response to my review clearly shows the lack of professionalism of the business owner by continuing to argue with a paying customer. Perhaps he should take a look at other websites that offer detailing deals such as groupon and living social to copy verbatim the wording restrictions that the other companies use in their deals and apply them to his since his current deal (which I have posted pictures of) does not have restrictions on when you can and cannot use the deal. Please see pictures also of the Unilocal voucher he eventually had to accept along with the $ 25 difference in cash to prove his untruthfulness to his statement that I got a free detail.
Even on Unilocal,the owner is fighting with a customer. This speaks volumes as to his business ethics. Again, in his rebuttal comment, he fails to even admit that there are no restrictions on his Unilocal deal. In no way is it illegal to purchase a deal online.

My poor car was just a mess. Between water spots accumulating and spilling a shake on my passenger seat, I felt my car was at the lowest point it has ever looked. Feeling embarrassed, I thought I better get my car detailed.
Shawn arrived at my home and quickly got to work. He worked about 3 hours on my car removing water spots, waxing and detailing. When I first saw my car again, I swear it looked brand new. I didn’t take the Unilocal deal but paid $ 150 for the service. Because I had hard water stains, Shawn thought I may need more service than the Unilocal deal yielded.
I overall rated Shawn a ⁴⁄₅ stars due to two small things. I did a cursory look over my car before he left and again everything looked pretty good at that time. I had removed everything from my car but the change in my coin holder. So, I was disappointed when I was returning items to my trunk to find that it had not been vacuumed. Also the middle console had not been wiped clean. I feel that in comparison to the overall job that these things were minor. I would suggest that you take a thorough look over all aspects of your car before he leaves. Shawn is very polite and I feel sure that he would have attended to it right away had I noticed sooner.
I do recommend his service for both hard work and his professionalism. Also, I don’t believe that you could get a better deal. I would have had to pay more and leave my car all day down at the hand wash place I was considering before I called Shawn.

I mistakenly drove to the 1131 Centinela address one evening, and when I called, Shawn picked up and said that he runs a mobile detailing service. My bad for not realizing — but he was so friendly over the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment to come to my car the next day.
When he and his associate came to my car, they worked swiftly and very thoroughly, getting all the nooks and crannies of my disgusting car clean. They were very friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend using them in the future.
I had this done in my office parking lot and every time a coworker walked/​drove by, s/he’d ask me what was going on — they loved the work he was doing and the idea of a mobile car wash, so I know I’ll be recommending Shawn and Xtreme.
